Contacted customer support and all they did was try to sell me $150 plan to help me and sent me directly to the same page then disconnected. I'd rather go to McDonalds and have them spit in my food then buy something again from here.

dont bother to call

The overseas guy at the support number here listed says the driver is in a Windows update but he has no idea which update. Don't bother to call.
