I purchased this for the purposes of installing dual monitors. The description says it's for dual monitors. But I have tried this on multiple computers and haven't been able to get it to to work.

Poor Customer Service

Rather than sign up and pay for their "subscription service" which allows you to return purchases up to 30 days, I will no longer purchase anything at Best Buy.
