    Does not work with Windows 11!

    No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the driver, this adapter will not allow my monitor to be detected on my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 7i). I have tried every troubleshooting method on the internet (including Reddit) for my monitor to register, and it won't. I have Windows 11 on this laptop. The driver on Insignia's website specifies Windows 10. While they claim it works with Windows 10 and newer, I don't believe it does. I will attempt calling customer service tomorrow but I assume I will have to go through everything I've already tired on my own again and the call will end with zero conclusion.

    Tried using this device on a PC for setting up a second TV but it was not working for us. We didn’t have much time to troubleshoot so we had to go with another solution. We were expecting it to be plug and play.

    Product is well made in terms of its structure but I had a problem using it as the driver messed with the functionality of my mouse so I returned it. From what I've read online since, this is not a problem for every user but it does seem to affect certain PC's.

    Don't buy this product...if you do, do not install the software. I made this mistake and security software went nuts. Took me some time to recover the computer back to its original configuration. That was on me for not having a restore point.

    I DO NOT work with Windows. Even tho the box and bestbuy stated it work with Windows. It only have driver for MAC. I called support (Insignia) they say it only for MAC. Why does bestbuy site and the box stated it work with Windows.

    Does not allow video from laptop to TV

    Did not work as I expected. Thought it would allow computer to TV video and even told the employee that was what I was looking for. It didn't and I was told later by a friend that it needed to be a mini jack, which I later bought and did work.

    Don't Get for Apple or Big Sur!

    Worked great to connect my iMac to a 1 yr old Acer display...until I upgraded to OS Big Sur. Nice...and now the description says "not compatible" with Big Sur. It's just a paper weight now. Ridiculous!

    Been using this for 30 minutes. Works great, except that it keeps freezing up every 5 minutes. I have to reseat the USB. Kind of terrible, unless their is a fix

    Did not work for my second monitor. I could not get more than 1 monitor to work with the adapter. Changed settings but still no luck. Returned 2 items.
