    Tried to use on new laptop and since Insignia is absorbed by Best Buy you no longer have offer drivers for this item. Insignia's website is shut down and re-routed to Best Buy. This is not plug & play! Chat was worthless and a waste of time. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again because you lie about standing by your products according to your CEO's statement mission, and your products are too expensive.

  • Does not work with M series Mac Computers

    Does not work. Connected it to a M2 Mac Mini and it will not recognize the VGA projector. Installed the drivers and everything but doesn’t work. The packaging says it is compatible - clearly it isn’t.

    This product is unusable on a PC. The only driver available on the Insignia website is for a mac.
