Works great! I have no comaunys about the functionality. Windows recognized it, driver automatically installed, and it worked great. Knocked off one star for the lack of the ability to screw the vga connector into it. It has come disconnected multiple times, when I'm moving my laptop around.

Works great and was just so happy that Best Buy had something like this to adapt my one older monitor to my new desktop!

It serves its purpose. Easy to use, plug and go. 4th Monitor was just plug go and my CPU recognized it right away! Thank you -Raf

Perfect for new computer combined with older monitor. It automatically downloads the drivers it needs for your computer, BUT when setting up a new computer with this device, I had to borrow a newer monitor (hdmi ports and cable) to set up the computer, plug in the divice, let it download the drivers onto the new computer, THEN I could use this device with my older monitor of choice. Works great now!

Item is exactly as described. This was exactly what I needed to extend an additional monitor to my laptop. Very affordable and item arrived within a few days. I would purchase again and recommend purchasing.

Very nice space saving small device used to easily connect my lap top PC to a larger non wireless monitor while working from home. That being said like most industries that operated during the pandemic where working remotely was an available option the device has proven to be an essential component of my workstation.

I have purchased these adapters on several occasions for business. They work great for connecting more than two monitors up to our docking stations. I highly recommend this product. Best Buy has the best price for it.

I needed a USB to VGA adapter. I did not know which one to purchase, and asked the salesperson. He was very helpful and reminded me that if it was not the one that fit my need, I could return it. When I got home, I tried the connection to my Chromebook and was ecstatic to see that it fit and I would be able to use it in my class.

I love being able to add a monitor to a pc without having to install a graphics card. The instructions say windows should pickup the driver automatically but that is not true. I had to download the driver but that was not a big deal. Other than that this item is great and its a lot slimmer than previous models.

Just what I needed, worked perfectly and I have no complaints. Best Buy support is awesome, showed it wasn’t in the store but they took the time to find this one in the store that day.

Item needed was not in stock in store. Best Buy associate recommended trying this usb adaptor. It was okay, but not what I needed. Returned item for refund. Giving 4 stars it is a nice adaptor if a usb is what you need. And thank you associate for assisting even though it did not work out. It was worth a try.

This adapter works great. No issues. I use it to attach my laptop to an extra screen I have.

This is the second time I have purchased an adapter to connect my VGA monitors to HDMI or USB on my processor. This unit works far better than (i.e., perfect) the previous adapter, which was not Insignia. Maybe it is the upgrade from desktop to ASUS laptop, but better performance is appreciated.
