I use this product to quickly connect my drone's micro sd card to my phone so I can image correct my drone pictures or quickly transfer large files to the micro sd card in my phone. No additional installation required. It's just plug and go. Great quality too!

Can't complain about these - they get the job done and the data download speed is phenomenal via USB-C. I use these to transfer 4K movies from my Sandisk Extreme Pro, and it works well indeed! My only gripe is the short cable length but that's a minor inconvenience.

I needed an SD card reader on a trip because I left mine at home, went to Best Buy and was able to pick up this one. Thank goodness! It works perfectly! It literally does what it was meant to do.

I travel a lot internationally, and my camera is always in my bag. However, I just purchased a new laptop, Lenovo ThinkPad and it does not have a port for my new camera memory card. I hate that I have to use this, but at least I am able to transfer my photos or put them onto Facebook :) The only problem I had is deciding which way the card goes into the reader. It seems counter-intuitive. But works great once you figure it out.

Use this with your HP Sprocket z-ink printer. Take your SD card from your digital camera and plug it into your phone using this thing, then print away. I know, everyone takes pics with a smartphone these days but if you don't and you have a camera hanging around your neck use this, it works!

I purchased this because I have a dash camera that does not have a screen. And instead of the hassle of going through the dash cam app on my phone, I am able to take the memory card out of the cam and use this in my phone to be able to pull recordings while on the road.

My new laptop has changed USB styles and has also eliminated SD card reading capabilities. This little gadget has me back in the game perfectly. I would advise others to snap up one of these if they are in the same situation.

This is a simple device for USBC users. I've used it on my Macbook and my IPAD Pro and it did exactly what is should. I opened PHOTOS and had it add all the images from my memory card. Good value.

Great little gadget! Comes in handy when I'm on the road and I want to edit some pictures in Lightroom. I simply plug it into my phone, insert an SD card, and transfer raw images to my phone. That easy and works perfectly!

The card reader is fast. It is USB 3.0 from what I can tell. It has worked flawlessly with my Sony card. The cable is short but I knew that when I purchased and is no issue for me. I let the reader dangle from the front of my computer.

This seems fast and I have had no problems. I mainly use this for reading files from micro cards after I fly one of my drones, so I am transferring files that are several GB in size.

Easy to use for multiple card types. I have game cameras set up just to see what passes through my yard (no I do not hunt, just like to observe). I can take my tablet around to the cameras and read the cards.

I bought a Canon camera and needed a cord to download my photos to the computer. Instead of the Canon cord, the associate at Best Buy recommended I purchase this cord. I am able to use it for any of my memory cards. Easy to download my photos.

Easy to use. Purchased this when I upgraded to my Samsung Galaxy S21 since the phone does not offer an SD card slot. Any pics or videos I take I can easily download to the SD card using this device.

This device works well with my USB-C ports and allows me to quickly and easily transfer files from my cameras SD card for editing. The transfer speed is good and there have been no issues using with a Mac or Windows machine. I would buy this again if needed.

Needed to update my Sandisk card reader for my digital camera. Excellent product and my digital cards reads much quicker now. Also the updated USB type-C works really well on my new MacBook pro.

Make sure it's the right size for your car stereo if you have an older stereo in your car you need to make sure you check the right size to get the correct component to record your music on but otherwise it works great on the newer cars

Apple went all brain scramble and got rid of an internal memory card reader with 4 USBc ports. Back this product and it’s 5 star worthiness. Plenty fast at transferring pictures. Fast simple and easy to connect and disconnect.

Plug it in to your USB type-C, pop in your SD or microSD card and have at it, it's that simple. I think it's slightly overpriced for what it does and you can find cheaper options online. However, I went with Insignia because I know Beat Buy stands by their products in case of any issues.
