I needed this adapter so I can stretch the screen between my HP Spectre and another monitor. I have have not had any issues. I wished it came in black to match everything else on my desk but since my primary concern is addressed, I'm happy.

I initially bought a cheap adapter in order to save money. As you can guess per me writing here, that adapter didn’t work. I purchased this product and have not had any issues. It projects my Mac well onto an external monitor.

I was hoping to use this to get an HDMI input on an Amazon Fire tablet, but the connection was wrong. I was able to use it elsewhere.

Someone had packaed my equipment and misplaced my adapter. I was 2 hours from an event where I needed this and rushed over to Best Buy in hopes that they had it in stock. I got the last one. Worked perfectly

I needed a way to connect my new Lenovo Yoga 920 to my older monitor. The Yoga has C-USB connectors but the monitor has only HDMI. This adaptor allowed me to connect to the monitor.

Very convenient for presentations or connecting your laptop to your home tv. Slim and portable my in my laptop sleeve

Not a lot I can add here. This product does what it should and fills the void that is created with all the new type C usb ports on today's newer computers.

Overall an okay connector. Material quality is good and connection is tight, but sometimes it will take a few plug/unplug cycles to get the resution to recognize. Using an ultra wide monitor (2160x1080) this adapter causes the resultion to be recognized as 720 on the first try... it works eventually but can be frustrating. It works much smoother with more standard sizes and had no issue recognizing a 4K tv. I would recommend this product with some hesitation based on what your use might

Purchased this instead of a universal docking station with the goal of adding another monitor. easily added a second large monitor without the hefty price tag of the docking station.

This is exactly what I needed to run dual monitoring with only one HDMI port on my Alienware gaming computer. Now I can use two monitors at the same time versus one. This is the way to go if you are looking to dual screen!

I needed to connect another monitor to my wife's laptop but it didn't have an HDMI outlet. This worked great and allowed me to plug it in to a USB type C. I actually went back and bought another one for me.

My computer needed this to hook up a standard HDMI cable. Works ok. But the case slips off the HDMI side.

I bought the off branded USB C connector and a cost a Flickr in my monitor while having power plugged in went out and bought the Apple branded adapter and it works perfectly fine no flicker in the screen

Using this to hook our MacBook Air to one of our IPS monitors. Works great, Not much else can be said... it doesn't have an apple logo on it so you don't feel as cool, but its also a lot cheaper!

Typical Apple. Always inventing a new plug that we have to buy to make their stuff work. This plug does what it's supposed to. Make the newer Apple Laptop work with the same setup the older ones did,

Easy to hook up, not expensive and has been dependable so far. Many people said to buy only apple but for the difference I tried this brand and it is just fine. GOOD DEAL ON PRICE

Again i’ve had to use the services of ( Farrah) on the chrome side at Best Buy . I needed a way to be able to transfer images from my computer to my tv. This device makes this extremely easy to accomplish.
