Works like it should. Needed one of these to fill a specific purpose and it does the job like it's supposed to.

this item was much cheaper than the other brands they tried to get me to purchase and made it easy to connect my old school printer to the macbook

My husband likes to use the mouse. His new Chromebook came with the Type C port, so he needed an adapter in order to use his regular USB mouse. This was inexpensive and works well.

currently use Macs with USB-C ports both at home and at work. I have the Apple version of the adapter for hooking up my HDMI monitors that I would use between both locations.

Whew. I was worried I'd have to pony up for a new docking station but this adapter works perfectly for changing my type A docking station port to type C for my new laptop.

Needed this for my new MacBook Pro. Works great when transferring data. Must buy since the new Macs only accept type C adapters, unless you spend extra on all new external hard drives.

Does what a dongle is supposed to do. Doesn’t cook, clean, or drive me to work, but certainly permits me to connect an external backup drive to my MacBook Pro.

Great alternative for an Apple brand. Benn using the Insignia brand for a while never had a problem for half the price. Works great for my new new 12 inch Macbook

worked like a charm...connected my MacBook Air to my "older" printer. Since MacBook Air has no USB ports....this fixed that.

It’s a nice dongle, it works as intended. I’ve had it over a year with no problems. The box it comes in is kind of cheap though.

This is a must have purchase if you are buying a new laptop. The plug-ins have been updated and you need this adapter to use a flash drive or other things like an older hard drive.

This was a no brainer for me with the usb c as the only ports on my new MacBook Pro. It allowed me to plug in my iPhone to charge and also allowed me to get other regular usb to plug in

I bought this device when the Apple version did not work. Not only has it been great, it was less expensive that the Apple adapter.

Works great ! I hate that my apple computer does not have a USB port, but this makes it easy.

I just bought a Macbook laptop and had to purchase this adapter in order to be able to access a history of documents I had saved. This little guy was perfect!
