    I was concerned that Moto was going in the proprietary direction with their "turbo charger" and USB-c connector (others have continued to be proprietary, despite the increasing ubiquity of USB-micro for chargers for most phones). I was pleasantly surprised with this charger. When I plugged it in, the phone reported that it was indeed connected to a "turbo charger," charged quickly and easily. Now I have two: one for home and one for travel.

    My 2-year old Samsung tablet was taking forever to charge which typically means the charger is becoming weak. Tried a new Samsung phone charger with same result.
