Easy to use and worked as asvertised. Was able to get old VCR up and running again.

This product was simple to use and did what it was supposed to. Had trouble watching some of my VCR tapes and after using the cleaning tape they worked

Directions were super easy and most importantly, IT WORKED. Totally stoked that we can use the VHS for our old movies again!

Everything went smoothly once I figured out how to get enough of the cleaning solution onto the white ribbon inside. I had to play the tape through twice because the heads in my VCR were so dirty. It got rid of almost 100% of the diagonal lines that were ruining the playback of my old tapes. I'm glad that I got one of these, because you never know when they might become 'extinct'!

Worked great! We thought the lines were due to age, but cleaning the heads, cleaned up the old tapes!

Item was easy to use and it served the purpose of cleaning the heads on an old vcr. It came packaged with everything in tact. Note: let the components dry completely before inserting tape to play after cleaning.

Have an old Sony VCR I dragged out of a closet to cull and transfer some old videos as a time killer during the quarantine. Wouldn't play until a friend recommended this head cleaner. Now works nearly as well as it did 10 years ago (the last time I started this project). Shipping was also a lot quicker than originally promised.

It's been a long time since I bought a VHS cleaning tape but I had a bunch of tapes I needed to feed into my PC and digitize. I thought I best clean the heads on the older VHS player I have. My old tape (over 20 years old) was dried up. Best Buy had this in the store and the price was right. Easy-to-use, well designed, did its job.

I bought this because my VCR needed cleaning. After I used this, my VCR works like new. If you want to have a perfectly running VCR, then buy this peoduct.

I have been digitizing VHS tapes and the Head Cleaning tape I've had for years is no longer viable. I searched for a VCR Video Head Cleaner and finally found one was carried by Best Buy. It works great and is essential when dealing with old VHS tapes that might dirty up the heads of your VCR.

Works great. I have a vcr/dvd combo for over 15 years (holding for a special record vcr to dvd project. Needed to freshly clean my vcr to use on old tapes and they played without problems after vcr cleaning. Now I just need to find a dvd cleaner.

I'm a weirdo who owns a VCR that I picked up from a thrift store, which I use with my old Sony Trinitron CRT TV (but I also have a 4K TV with a UHD blu-ray player, I told you... I'm weird!) It's amazing that Best Buy manufactures a NEW VCR head cleaner in 2020, and it works great.
