    The 1st sales guy gave me the wrong devise but I probably gave him bad info so I can't fault him. I had to bring it back and then got the correct piece needed. All in all, a pleasant experience.

    Works well as intended I got great advice from the Best Buy representative was able to buy this and it’s perfect other stores were unable to provide the same great advice and led to wasted time And frustration on the device to not work as intended I had difficulty finding the analog type plug and this device offers two types of connections perfect for older computers
