I went to bring it back to location that was purchased only to find out that there is a 14 day window on returns!!!! that right a 14 day window on a cable. So I asked to speak to the manager I was given a 21-year-old kid who is not helpful and quite honestly snarky and full of himself. I will quote” I’m the highest level manager in the store right now and my decision is final” I’m a 62-year-old man who owns several businesses I was treated like I was a common criminal trying to return something that was clearly defective and there was no room to make a different decision on a $21 item. Having been a customer of Best Buy for longer than I can remember I was flabbergasted, and I will never return or ever purchase anything from Best Buy again for the way I was treated.

This was my 3rd trip to best buy to resolve the connection. I finally ordered what i needed from Wal-Mart. I wasted gas and time on 3 trips to best buy.

I got this for my second montior but I noticed the quality is very obviously different, and the image is shaking. I'm not sure if I got a defective product or if this is common. It says its for 60Hz and my monitors are 75Hz but I have yet to find anything higher than 60Hz. The same quality difference was noticed on both when i swapped the plugins.
