Just plug it in and hook it up and Bingo! It works! No fuss, no muss, no bother!

The lady said I needed an adapter, she had someone go get it. I paid and left. When I got my new computer, I could not get the adapter to work. Took it took the local computer repair shop. They said the adapter worked fine, but it was not the one I needed. They sold me one that connects a new monitor to an old computer, not an adapter for an old monitor to a new computer. I returned the adapter by mail as I live an hour and a half from the nearest Best Buy.

I have not heard a single bad thing from them about this adapter, I think it’s safe to say you could do a lot worse for the money you pay.

I used it to present an ultrasonic intsrument on a big screen i did find the cost a bit high. $40 was a bit high for a vga to HDMI adapter. Also you have to power it with its USB cable. Cable is very short so my instrument was almost on top my computer for power.
