The sound out of this Bluetooth speaker is great! Added benefit is the google assistant which is great!

I now own 4 of these speakers. 2 portable & 2 non portable & absolutely love all of them. When I first bought them the only time they showed the outside temp was when you asked google for it & it would display it for 1 minute but with a firmware update it now shows time & outside temp all the time. The sound out of these is really quite good for it's size. I believe Best Buy has discontinued these for some reason & that's too bad because I have friends that would like to buy these after seeing mine.

I was looking for a smart device to place in the kitchen for music/timer while cooking/cleaning. An Echo Dot came to mind as I have one in my bedroom but just not quite loud enough for the kitchen. I picked this up as a Deal of The Day & I'm glad I did. I didn't experience an of the issues expressed in some of the reviews & my guess would be those folks just didn't ready the instructions. So, I give it a thumbs up BUT ONLY if you can get it at a Deal of The Day Price. At full retail, I would've passed & gotten a Google Home.

This manages to excel over the Google Home while also being cheaper. The addition of a clock that can also display current weather is a small thing but also a very welcome one. Plus having a built in battery means you can take this with you. You aren't tied to an outlet! Other than that, it does just about everything else Google Home does. Multiple speakers, calling, you name it. Don't like the Best Buy house brand on it make you think it is anything less. I sold my Google Home, bought this, and don't regret it one bit!

Bought for son for Christmas two years ago and still going strong! Great sound and with Google assistant it is perfect!

I bought 2 of these when they went on super sale ($25 each) with the intention of giving one away as a gift. I put one next to my Alexa dot in my living room. It blew the dot away relative to responsiveness and sound quality. It played well with my phones google (made good choices relative to which device would respond to queries, etc). I liked it so much that the second one went to my bedroom. Lately the temperature no longer appears on the display when I ask about the weather but that seems to be a firmware thing. No biggie.

I have it in my kitchen. The sound is awesome and very easy to understand commands! Would be a great gift!

Really great speaker. Loud volume good enough for big room and really handy with inbuilt google assistant. It’s smart in real sense.

These have impressive sound for their size and you can’t beat them when they have a sale and you get them for less than half price.

Kids went nuts over this speaker, I got it free with a bestbuy small appliance purchase for xmas, sounds decent and google assistant is great.

I already owned a Google Home, and this is like it with the addition of a clock face. This make the unit a great replacement for my ancient clock radio. A much better user interface--you had to press three buttons at the same time to set the alarm time on my old clock radio. Now I can easily say "Hey Google, wake me up at 7:00am tomorrow" or "Hey Google, set a nap timer for 30 minutes." And of course, it does everything a Google Home does, having access to my Google Play Library. I'm tempted to replace the clock near my TV with one of these.

We purchased it for our kids and they love playing music on it. Great quality speakers and sound. Pretty easy to install and mobile.

My wife was getting frustrated with her old voice-activated bedside alarm lock. It would randomly say things, would light up unexpectedly, and she had issues getting the alarm set by voice. This Insignia shows up on a one day sale and, for the price, thought I'd give it a try. Perfect. Wife loves it, great voice command interpretation, and for such a small device, the speaker is quite good. She mostly uses it for timers and alarms; however, is now asking about the weather, etc. Amazing buy if you can get if for $25 like we did.

We have this to our daughter who is in high school. She loves the Google Assist and can connect to her Spotify on her cell phone.

Got this on sale for 25 bucks hanging little sound system for use with google home even has a clock! Can’t ask for anything more!
