This thing is perfect. The Google Assistant is leaps and bounds smoother than Alexa, even on this device! So glad for basically a Google Home with a clock. Not a speaker to get if you're particular about sound quality, but it's nice that music is included in it's functionality. And LOVE that the control buttons only appear when your hand is close to the device!

I discovered these late. For a bathroom clock and radio (music) it is nice. I like having the time displayed all the time and now with the latest update the temperature is also. My dad has a Alexa Echo that produces better sound (higher cost) but it doesn't display the time. It's footprint is small and you don't need a different source to play Pandora. These were on sale for $20 around Christmas. I wish I would have brought more.

I already own the Google Home Mini. I actually prefer this device as it has a clock, and weather and is a bluetooth speaker where you can send audio from your phone or tablet and listen to it on your Insignia Voice. I purchased two of these. I wasn't able to setup the first one for whatever reason, but the 2nd setup very easily. I exchanged the bad one, but have not setup the replacement yet. All in all, I am very happy with the Insignia Voice.

Purchased this item for alarm clock, but really loving the Google assist as well. Speakers sound Great.

Got this for free with a Kureig purchase. Works great on my nightstand. Works with Phillip hue bulbs as well.

Decent sound quality. Google assistant built in. Ask questions like weather update. Set alarm and other things.

Picked this up as a Deal of the Day for a teenager.......I wasn't completely clear as to the portability/size of the speaker, but this was by far his favorite gift! The Google Assistant can set alarms, play music on command and answer questions. It is surprisingly small and lightweight. I'd love to pick up another one if it goes on sale again. Definitely recommend this over a regular bluetooth speaker which is what I almost purchased.

No complaints, decent sound, doesn't take up a lot of space. It has to be plugged in to work though.

If you have other Google Homes in your house and that's your ecosystem then this is the obvious choice for an alarm clock replacement. They have sound quality that's about as good as the full sized Homes, but also add the time display. One feature they have, but is otherwise reserved for the $400 Max, is that you can pair two of them up as stereo speakers. These occasionally go on a really good sale and I recommend stocking up.

Bought some other google assistant loaded products and these have the best sound and features. 2 of 12 purchased had setup issues with firmware updating and exchanged for new with no issues. High rate for this problem, but everything else is grand. The portable version has bigger bass and overall room filling sound. Both are awesome!

I purchased this speaker as part of another promotion. I wasn't certain of all the functionalities. I pleasantly found that it performs like a Google Assist product. It will answer questions and connect to Nest and Hue lights. I can turn lights on/off and adjust the thermostat. So far, the only negative that I have found is that it will only display the outside temperature for about 4 seconds and then disappears. It will not display the indoor temperature.

The Google assistant is quite fun, my grandkids love to ask it silly questions, I love that I can play the music that I loved as a teenager and it will control what smart devices I have around the house simply by saying "Hey Google..." Not a bad product, the volume is a little low at full volume if there is any noise, like grandkids, but other than that a fun device
