I have three Bose soundtouch speakers, Amazon Echos, Google speaker yet this insignia is the one I use the most. It is in my kitchen and I mainly listen to it's music and radio, Microphone is not so good especially if your voice isn't clear, sound quality isn't comparable to Bose but it is very modest and user friendly and much cheaper than Bose.

My bedside alarm clock died. This comes with Google Home which makes setting an alarm very easy and convenient not to mention the other Google functions like weather, commute/traffic, streaming music, etc., and so on. Only thing is light is BLUE, not good for REM/quality sleep. I put a black headband around it to block blue light at night.

Pairs easy and has great sound. Small and sleek. Works great!

This device has better speakers than my Google mini but had to factory reset the device three times in order for my google home to communicate with the device properly (still can't get the temp to show on screen). Would recommend if need that in-between the google mini and the google home device.

Purhased this Insignia version of the google home speaker for an alarm clock function in the teenagers bedroom. The lighted clock plus the hefty speaker gave superior sound than the google speaker and much better sound quality than the mini. The setup was just like adding any other device to the google home account. This was a great deal on sale!

This went on sale today for $29. I never knew it existed until I saw it online. I didn't know it was primarily a "smart device" - I was shopping for a bluetooth speaker. The online descriptions were accurate and honest. It's about the size of a computer speaker, with an alarm clock. Setting it up - this only happened because I was patient. I tried 7 or 8 times. The Google HOME app would show it as being just fine. The device itself stated it needed to be set up. I reset my cable modem and after giving it a break, it's mysteriously updated to version 306 and just fine. Bottom line - it's cool. Perfect for $29. More of a personal Google device than a bluetooth speaker for a small restaurant or cafe. It seems to have some privacy controls in place that prevents it from making calls or sending text messages. That's a plus. There's a microphone mute button. That's a plus also. Con: Mediocre. Doesn't offer anything inspiring. Why can't I push a button and use it a baby monitor?

This has worked pretty good with me. Sometimes when it is not showing connection I have to reset it by unplugging and replugging. Then it works ok. Speaker and everything good. Better than a plain old Google Home, nice touch with clock.

Seeing so many commercials for Alexa, I wanted one, this Goggle product is very similar. What Google does on my phone is now available in my house. It can be programmed to do most things. Make appt. Reminders, can make phone calls for you, request music and even tell you jokes.

This is a great speaker it sound great. Easy to setup and connect.

My daughter loves this little speaker. Her favorite features are that it’s great for listening to music, playing games listening to nature sounds, and the alarm clock. The voice assistant is convenient and very responsive. We bought our son the JBL speaker and the only notable difference is that the jbl is portable. We definitely recommend this speaker.

Got it for free when ordering a product online. It's a pretty neat and it's a 360 speaker so no matter where you are, it sounds nice and clean. Please note that it isn't portable so you will need to plug it in and you will need to have it access to your Wi-Fi or else it will not work otherwise

Good speaker very loud didn’t expect it to be that great

Came as a freebie with my purchase of a Kitchen Aid mixer. Not something I would have purchased by itself, but it is helpful for general household tasks (setting timers, adding items to a shopping list, etc), and also playing music - Relatively decent sound for a single speaker unit...

Purchased this speaker so that my niece would stop bugging me to play music from my phone during my visits with them. Now she can request her own music without me being there. If a 4 year old can use this speaker.....You can use this speaker. Might I add the sound is great!

I bought this speaker when it went on sale and really enjoy the sound and features. I wish I would have purchased the portable version as I would really enjoy taking it from room to room. Overall, I recommend this speaker, but would recommend the portable one slightly more.

Bought this Voice Assistant Speaker to add to my son's nursery. It really comes in handy when it comes to the "hands free" features. Having my hands full with my son, I'm able to play nursery rhymes, add to shopping lists, listen to emails and check my calendar. The digital clock is a nice added feature and the speaker has great sound.
