I am grateful i can get these filters for a refrigerator that is about 18 years old. There is no longer a Sears store locally, and Best Buy carrying a compatible filter is great. They fit and function like the originals. Our coffee tastes much better when we use filtered water, and these do the trick.

I love these. First, they're two for the price of the Whirlpool branded filter and secondly, the notches above the o-ring that engages the refrigerator filter slot are rounded, as opposed to the sharp square edges of the OEM filter, making insertion of the filter way easier.

The filters are a cheaper alternative to my Samsung refrigerator and water have no after taste. You receive two filters per package which is good for 6 months usage and filters are readily available for pick up at majority of best buy warehouse which is convenient for my busy schedule.

Bought this as a replacement for a Whirlpool fridge. Fit perfectly & seems to be working great. Be sure to run some water through it after installation, as the first half gallon through will have a lot of charcoal residue in the water.

This is the first time I am purchasing the Insignia water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator. You get two filters for the price I have always paid for one in the past. So far, so good. I hope that they last the 6 months that they should.

This product fits my refrigeration and works admirable to filter the water but I think the cost is a little excessive

Bought these on sale at 2 for 25 dollars. They work on high end Kitchen Aide built-ins, that generally take $30 filters.

If your refrigerator is compatible with this water filter model, then these Insignia water filters work great. These water filters are easy to install and uninstall. With this purchase, you do not have to worry about making another filter purchase for an entire year. The reason being is each filter has a lifespan of 6 months, and because you have two, your water filter needs are covered for a year.

This filter was much easier to insert than the standard Whirlpool filters and were about 1/2 the cost

This model works well with my Kenmore refrigerator as well as other models besides Whirlpool as listed on the detailed information of the filter. I was not sure if it would work with my model but I took my old filter in and the sales rep helped to make sure we found a right substitute. This model in a two pack was cheaper then finding the exact model needed online at other filter retailers.
