Not everyone will have the right conditions for this to work well, but if you do - it will make you very pleased!

Not to having a clicker in the car i am driving and moving things around all the time sucks. With this I can just take my phone with me and open the garage when I come home. Even if I go out with friends in their car, when I come home I can open the garage when I get home.

Took less than 30 minutes. Only thing I am concerned about is the status in the IOS Home App is sometimes wrong. But switching to another accessory and back refreshes correctly. Also, I have 1/2 power on WiFi in the Garage, but no issues so far.

I have two doors and this just makes more sense if you have multiple doors and use HomeKit exclusively. Great product and works perfectly since I installed it.

Make sure you have a strong network signal in there. I have a dual band single ssid, so I turn off the 5gh signal to connect this, then turn it back on and I am good to go.

Terrible. Reception decreases for opener

Reception of garage opener decreased to where car literally had to be right next to door. Also, could not get the whole map to really work with this in my iPad Pro so that I could check the status away from home. I understand this may be up HomeKit issue, but none of my other devices with this difficult to pair/sync.

Proximity to garage door motor or to inside activation switch 2. AC outlet to power the controller 3. Strong Wi-Fi signal in the garage (you can add the controller to HomeKit inside the house then take it to the garage). That's it!

I already had a Bluetooth opener but i needed my phone and I sometimes like to only have my watch. I like the idea of opening the garage away from home and can have my girlfriend open the garage if I lock myself out.
