It actually worked fine the first few times I used it. The first sign of a problem was it would not close the door. It apparently did not receive or at least process the signal because it would not beep and flash the warning lights even. I have an Apple TV as a homekit hub. I have full wifi signal access in the garage. I have tried all the troubleshooting per the FAQ support.

Frequent disconnects and poor HomeKit integration. Flat out didn’t work half of the time. There are better relay-based options.

Great product for Apple HomeKit!
