I returned these and bought TP Links. There were issues with them losing connection and I don't have that problem with the TP Link outlet switches.

I love this plug! So easy to set up. I got it so my dog wasnt in the dark until I got home from work. Works great!! I love how I can control from my phone... highly recommended.

This device is wonderful because setup was easy, and it responded to my commands very quickly. However, it works through WiFi and I thought I could make it work with my Samsung SmartThings hub, butI didn’t succeed. Good thing about the WiFi setup is that it does not need a separate hub (i.e. SmartThings hub). It works on its own. It’s also good up to 1800W in 110V setup - which is higher than most smart outlets out there I looked. I did end up exchanging mine for the Samsung brand SmartThings outlet to make it work with my system, but if you want a smart outlet without a hub (a very inexpensive solution), this is the one I’d get.

Easy to set up with Insignia connect app. Also easy to set up within Google Home, but you must use Insignia app first. My only negative is that the plug often loses network connectivity. Signal is strong in the area used.

After browsing Smart Plug options, I decided to go with this model. I am glad I did, and I really like the look and simpleness of it, and the App is very easy to use.

This plug works great with Amazon Alexa. The app was very easy to set up and pairing it with my Amazon account was a breeze. I will be buying more for other rooms.

I purchased for the Christmas tree, so I could turn it on without having to reach behind it all the time. Works perfect. It was a little difficult to pair to 2 phones. Both need to be signed into the same account.

This one is working great...the second one we bought is tending to lose WIFI connection way to much. Will watch a little longer...til after Christmas to see if it's signal improves. Otherwise it will be returned.

I picked up this gadget for Christmas time to make turning the tree easier. It was so simple to setup and turning on the lights was as easy as tell our phones.

i bought one just to try out with my new google mini, paired just fine, it took me two times, but then it worked great. if the go down in price or go on sales, i will be buying more for the rest of the house.

Bought this as a impulse for Christmas tree lighting and to connect Google home setup. Occasional hiccups and lag but was cheap and works well enough.

Bought to use with Alexa devices. Like the Wemo and Jinvoo ones better. Had problems connecting to Alexa. Took back.

My wife loves his product it's hooked to her lights as is stated the Terry lights , through the insignia voice activated speaker ( Google home ) .

- Setting it up was not an easy task although I have quite a few smart devices at home. - The second issue that I’m having is connectivity, 60% of the times it shows as unresponsive at HomeKit although I assigned an IP address to it. - the app power meter feature is totally inaccurate This product needs a firmware update ASAP. I would return it but I guess it’s too late now.

I have both Apple Homekit and a google home and this deice plays nicely with both! I'm ready to get more for other lamps/devices in my house!

We have several of these in our home. I have then hooked to kids TVs. Hey i told you to do something and you didn't now your TV is off!

Very slow response time compared to my other smart plugs.

Purchased to control the LED lights on a Christmas Tree. Getting unit to link to WiFi was very easy. Adding Echo control was a real pain. Unit appeared to work fine for three days. When it went to shutdown lights at the end of the fourth day, it caused the WiFi to shutdown and reboot. The unit would no longer synchronize to WiFi or Echo. Returned for a different brand.

This is not very easy to setup. When you do set it up, it works only 25% if the time. What’s worse is that I changed WiFi networks and tries to reconnect this but it doesn’t work. In fact it causes issues with the WiFi connection somehow, making the whole house lose internet.
