Insignia Nes Classic controller works great and has an extra long cord. I've had no issue using this controller with my console.

The reason I bought this was for the long cord. It works just as good as the oem. I purchased 2 to replace the original controller.

While the controller may appear similar to the original Nintendo design it lacks in overall feel and quality. The d-pad sticks here and there and the buttons are too smooth and lack grip. If you're looking for precision this is definitely not for you. I love the long cable though.

This controller is around 90% or so of a perfect clone NES controller. Cons: The D-pad is a bit thicker and lacks the ball pivot. The rubber membrane's require a little more pressure. Pros: Great for a secondary controller 10ft of cable. Since this is a near perfect clone, it is possible to swap parts with an original NES controller.

This controller is great, the cord is a lot longer than the cord that is on the controller that comes with the device (which was very short). The controller itself is a bit smaller in size which makes it feel a little weird after getting used to the actual Nintendo controller but it works just as well!

Excellent controller and acts as a great substitute for the NES controller. I bought this to play on the Wii with older games. I did notice some compatibility issues though, it would play on some older NES games but not others. Keep that in mind when buying. Otherwise it is a good product and cheaper substitute for the Nintendo version.

This controller is a great addition. Controls work like the should and the cord has good length to it.

It's not the exact feel of the original controller but good enough. I am also loving the long cord.

As the title states this is a functional NES Classic controller and works great. However it isn't the real deal and you can tell. A bit off on the weight and the click of the buttons tells you your playing 3rd party. But the functionally sound controller isn't one to sleep on. As good as the next best thing!

I have original NES controllers, a new Nintendo-brand NES Classic controller, two Insignia NES Classic controllers, and another third party NES Classic controller. The insignia version is very close to the original. It's definitely the best third party version that I have found.The extra cord length is nice too!

My couch is a good distance from my tv. The length is perfect. The controller works great!

If you aren't against having a black, white and grey version of the NES Classic controller than I would recommend this. The cable is much longer and it plays just like the other controllers out of the box. The longer cord in itself is enough to warrant this purchase.

This controller mimics the actual nes controller and has a longer cord! However the d-pad is a bit wonky. Say you press forward, sometimes it will actually press down. You get used to it and it's to be expected from a classic gaming system. Overall this product works well and I highly recommend it.

Definitely worth the money for the extra controller and the longer cord makes it soon much better.

This controller is great. Has the original Nintendo feel, also has a long cord.

It's like the regular controller, only it has a longer cable. Also, it's white and the label was slightly offset on mine, unlike the NES Classic original controllers I've seen, all of which were perfect. That's not enough to make me rate this fewer than five stars. It still saves me the price of an additional extension cable so I appreciate that. Also, the hand feel is completely analogous to the stock controller.

I bought this because Nintendo can't be bothered to make enough NES classic controllers to have a second controller with the system. it's not quite as good as the original, the buttons seem a bit stiff and slightly raised too high, but it's not terrible. it will allow us to play together.

Works as expected, but does not have the feature many other aftermarket controllers do of being able to go back to the main menu with a combination of buttons (start+select). The cord length is a huge plus over the one included with the system, and the price on this one is right.
