The headphones produce sound as good as one can expect from Bluetooth. They are a little bulky handing unused around the neck. A few complains from people understanding speech as it was being used paired with a cell phone. Maybe because it shows up on the cell phone Bluetooth menu as only one device; "HandsFree/Audio".

I bought this pair as a back up to my primary pair I use to jog and work out in. I found the pair to be versitie and easy to move in while being active. While this pair was bought as back up, I am finding myslef reaching for this pair before I grab my primary pair. Must be because of the veristility and eas of operation while active

Got these as a Father's Day gift for my significant other and he loves them. They are pretty durable and have held up to his working conditions. They are used EVERYDAY. He says the sound quality is great and he charge lasts through a 10 hour shift.

My sister has a very noisy jeep for her vehicle and the radio doesn't work. The only way she can listen to music/radio is with her phone but she was having to balance the phone on her shoulder because the jeep was too loud. Now with this she can comfortably listen to music and answer phone calls. This device has a great clarity and def drowns out the background noise of the jeep. I called her while she was driving and didn't even know she was on the road.

Has well functioning buttons for all phone and audio listening needs. Audio quality is shockingly good for music. Only complaint is that the little rubber pieces that are supposed to hold the wires in place (adjusting their length) are too loose and always end up loosening all the way up. This is only a minor inconvenience though and doesn't really affect the usability.

Good this item for a good deal, for the price it is great. Some problems when you are on the call with someone, there seems to be disturbance, not completely clear, music sounds great. Buy but do not expect perfect quality. You need to be in a closed room or quite room to for other person to hear you clearly.

I absolutely LOVE these headphones! They are comfortable and offer FABULOUSLY rich sound! The added feature to adjust and slide the cords into the grooves of the portion that goes around the neck is wonderful - - for it minimizes "collar noise" in addition to preventing the cords from becoming entangled in my long hair. Pairing is simple and intuitive and I swiftly paired them to my iPhone, MacBook Pro and my Chromebook with ease. Loved these headphones so much that I purchased an additional one for my daughter - - - AND the zippered Insignia case that is customized for these headphones. Fortunately, I caught them on sale! A REAL value for a FABULOUS headphone!

I'm usually very rough with my Bluetooth headsets; whether premium or borderli knockoffs, they don't usually last more than a year. I'm surprisingly satisfied with this set, as they work as well as they did 6 months ago as when I first purchased it! A great choice for a utilitarian, yet rugged BT headset with Aptx!

These headphones are awesome. They have great definition across all frequencies, sit nicely in your ears, and on your neck, and last for a full 10 hours playing. So far this is the best pair of Bluetooth headphones I've ever had. Highly reccommend

the headset works great, battery life and sound quality is very good

Had a couple of people recommend this type of product, so I wanted to try one. I have only used it for talking on my phone (I have one vehicle that doesn't have hands-free). It works ok, wouldn't say it is great, maybe I would like it better if I used to exercising, not having to deal with hanging wires. I'm just not crazy about things stuck in my ears.

I bought this headset for my roommate to use at work. She absolutely loved them. After about a month and a half, the sound started cutting in and out on phone calls. So I bought the LG tone pro. She wants to go back to this Insignia set, because even though the sound started cutting out, the quality was better and the headphone actually magnitize to the set correctly.
