The fact that I caught it on sale and only paid $21 for this headset is reason the headset is good. From the person hearing the person with the headset, only things that have been said to me is that I sound far away compared to the LG Tone that I previously had. From the users side, the distance in which you can walk away from your phone really sucks. Turning it on and off by holding the hang up button is a little frustrating but liveable. Charging light dissapears when fully charged which had me thinking something was wrong. Battery life is good although at 30% it always shuts completely off until recharged. Sound quality is amazing for me and the price of headset. I really love the retractable earbuds. This is the 2nd headset I purchased and it is a gift for my sister.

I use it with my iPhone 6s plus. it is really easy to use. the battery lasts up to 3 weeks for me. The middle part which comes around the neck is rubber and bendable, which doesn't hurt your back and sits easily on the neck. it has a small button inside that pulls the headphones back when u don't need them. the only thing i wish it had was a call answer/end button. currently on the inside it has buttons to retract the earplugs inside. outside there is on/off, volume up and down buttons. you need to press and hold for 3 seconds to turn it on or off. blue light means it is on. red means off. the earphones tell you, when it is on, off or connected to a device. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

Great quality for the price. Decent battery life, around ten hours for full charge. I really like the button release for the retractable ear pieces. The buds themselves are very comfortable and stay in my ears easily even while running.

This headset is great and the price is perfect! It's clear when you speak to someone else and you can hear really well on it. I like the way it's comfortable around the neck and easy to use.

I purchased these to replace a pair of headphones that went bad. I was originally looking for an inexpensive alternative to my AirPads that have very low volume and had been misplaced. After the first purchase was unsuccessful I was introduced to these Insignia. Not only did they have good sound quality, they also had a long battery life. I use a lot of power equipment and having a set of headphones that I can listen to music or Audible books throughout the entire day was exactly what I was looking for and these headphones did the trick. They were also comfortable. The retractable ear buds were very handy as when not actively using they do not get in the way. They rest nicely around the neck with no sliding around. I have a large neck so no flopping around when moving. I really liked these headphones. I say liked because I did not have them but a few weeks before they were stolen. I was so distressed my sister in law gave me an LG pair almost identical that she got as a gift but never used. The LG might look identical and have good sound quality but the battery life is about 1/10th the Insignia. If you are looking for good sound, long battery life, and a low price, these are the ones for you....

This is the first pair of Insignia headphones I've had. The buttons are a little confusing. For instance, the phone answer button is the power on/off button. It is a slightly raised button in between the volume up and down buttons. All three buttons are very small and on the outside of the headphones. When the phone rings it can sometimes be confusing as to which button you are trying to push. I previously had the LG headphones and they had a designated phone button in a totally different area than the power/volume buttons. The sound quality is good for the price and purpose of these headphones. They are also very flexible and light weight so they don't feel like you are wearing a heavy choker necklace! I'm pleased with my purchase. The Insignia Headphones get the job done.

I cannot use Apple EarPods as they do not fit my ear and they just keep falling out. So these work well with the soft tips that conform to the size of my ear canals. These sync easily with Bluetooth and sync as soon as I turn on the device. The sound is not like a $200+ headset but for the price and the ease of use I cannot complain. If you are an audiophile you might want to spring for a higher end product but if like me you don’t like over the head audio products these are a reasonably priced okay sounding around the neck extendable wire soft in ear headphones.

Long battery life, fairly sturdy design. Excellent price. The only criticism is that the volume leaves a little something to be desired. Great for running and long drives, not so much for sound quality.

Ordered these Bluetooth headphones on sale. They are very comfortable and the sound quality is also great. These headphones have a great battery life and also are not bulky.

Bought these primarily for speaking on the phone as I keep losing my small Motorola Boom Bluetooth hands-free earpieces that are pricey to replace. These work pretty well and for the price on sale they are great. The sound is clear and the calls are clear with enough volume. I’ve never had a set like this but I kind of like them. The retractable earbuds work fine. Could be slightly more bass while listening to music but they are decent. Easy to set up and they seem to hold a charge for a good amount of time so far.

This is the second type of wireless earphones I've purchased from best buy. Great over all product. I wish the length of the ear buds cord was a little longer so the neck piece could fit under the shirt while I listen to music or make calls. Otherwise great product with a solid battery life. I have 2 of them now. I would recommend buying the 2 year warranty with them if you use them to workou. Sweat could damage them and it's an easy quick replacement if it does.

This is a great headset for the money! My only knock on them is that they tend to fall off of my neck, but that is an issue that is more specific to me & others that have a big neck. I have a size 22” neck & because of that the headset doesn’t work as well for me, so if you have a big neck you might want to try something else. The sound quality is great so for me using them around the house is awesome! It’s just when I have worn them when I’m out & about they tend to fall off, but I think they are an awesome deal for the money!

My mom was in the market for an inexpensive set of earbuds to wear at work and I decided to take a chance on this basic bluetooth headset. Pairing these earbuds with her iPod touch was relatively painless and the overall sound quality was surprisingly good. Punchy bass, clear mid range & top end. Nothing mind blowing here but more than adequate for casual listening while working at a computer. She said the battery life was enough to get her through a full work day. Since this set isn't connected to a phone she couldn't assess call quality or microphone clarity.

Love the retractable earbuds. Sound is decent. I did have some trouble with volume suddenly getting quiet, so I had to exchange them.

I really liked these earbuds but unfortunately I couldn't find them again when I was looking for a new pair. I work while using these and they lasted a couple of years before starting to get a short in one of the wires. They fit great around my neck, pretty good sound quailty, and easy to use the buttons. If you can find them, get them!

I’m able to listen to audio books 1+ hours 7 days in a row on a single charge. Sound quality is excellent and controls are easy to use. Great value!

Really good and clear volume. Not much bass but, doesn't bother me because I'm satisfied without it. That I've counted, battery has lasted for 7hrs. Sturdy design, have dropped them less than 7 times. Distance from my phone kind of sucks. If I have my phone on the couch and I'm upstairs right above, the connection cuts off without any walls in the way. Also, connection cuts often in rainy or windy days. Haven't had any problem with these till recently, but it may be my laptop? Sometimes when I connect them I can't hear anything, or when I do, itsounds muffled and really bad quality and have to try reconnecting them a few times. Not good for running. They will keep jumping around your neck and hurt your collarbone and fall off.

I love my wireless headset. It holds charge and easy to setup. It is also clear. I have this headset for a while with no issues.
