Cheap and flimsy. So unfortunately when I went to Best Buy for the new LG tones I was informed that they no longer carry them due to the speaker in one of the Bluetooth headphones always going out. I Went through three pair of wireless buds at the Sony X 1000 or something, the jaybird X to run, and the Bose free sport. The only one that allowed me to have dual ear hearing were the sony, however with the noise canceling of the 70 not only did the battery goes dead very quickly but it went dead without me even listening to anything because it was always noise canceling and filtering so I had almost like a three hour battery life and that’s just unacceptable for me the other two wouldn’t allow me to have hearing in both ears while on the telephone and for me as I’m getting older I realize that I like to have stereo telephone calls. Nonetheless that’s when I decided you know what I’m just gonna have to go back to the old school and get a pair that goes around my neck so I got these because they didn’t have the LG tones. Initial response was yeah OK they look all right I guess and after wearing them for like two days I just had so many problems with them so easily stretching and coming off my neck I don’t recommend him the hearing quality is good however the retractable rate has been slow down otherwise it would most likely have the same problem with the LG like the Elges initial response was yeah OK they look all right I guess and after wearing them for like two days I just had so many problems with them so easily stretching and coming off my neck I don’t recommend him the hearing quality is good however the retractable rate has been slow down otherwise it would most likely have the same problem with the LGs and have speaker last that’s probably why the LG‘s are usually have a prom with speaker because they saw him in so fast when you push the button. I don’t really recommend him you can get a lot better for the same amount of money and keep in mind that these are insignia brand they’re not namebrand or Best Buy brand and what they’re asking for these is just way too expensive for what you get.

This is my 3rd set that ive tried from Best Buy. For the money they are the best. The sound quality is good and the voice quality is good. Some of them you get one or the other. The only downside is they could go a little louder.

Pretty good headphones. Battery lasts me a full work shift (8hrs.) Doesn't take long to charge, and the quality is great. Would've given 5 starts but this is my second pair. Left earphone went out on the first pair.

The charge last a long time, great sound, and great design. The only problem I have with the eat buds is people can’t hear me when I’m on the phone. But I thinks because my neck is big 22 inches) and it covers the microphone

It’s not easy to find the ones that are economical that snap back in, these do. Sound comes out clear and they are very light weight -I forget they are on sometimes.

These headset has blown my expectations out of the water. It is light and comfortable around the neck. You will forget it's there. It charges quick and can last a while. The range is a good 15-20 ft away from your phone. Great for work, love to talk on it as well. One of my best investments so far.

The sound quality is great. Light weight and it feels like it not there around my neck. I just love it and the 2 year protection plans brings relief to my problems if I ever have any.

I've used bluetooth headsets for years and this is the best one I've had. The sound is great. It is easy to set up and then connects automatically every time. The retract feature really works which I had feared would break. However I have used these daily for several months now and the retract feature still works well.

If you want headphones for music, which is why I bought these, without paying for all of the fancy features, this is for you. I personally have never had headphones last more than a year, and I take care of my items quite well. So, I was reluctant to pay over $100 for headphones, especially when I wasn't sure how reliable some brands were. The headphones aren't great with calls though-- you might sound muffled from time to time. And the retractable headphone/wire feature is a bit flimsy but it still work well. Most importantly, the sound/music quality is great! So I got what I wanted. :)

This is my 2nd pair. I gave the 1st away, and I've purchased more as gifts. These are super lightweight and have an extremely long battery life. With 100% battery, I can wear them for 2 days, using them for about 8 hours each day, before I need to charge them again. You dont even feel them much, as they aren't tight around the neck or heavy at all. Great buy for price and beats a lot of higher priced pairs.

I use these a lot! They have a long battery life and have held up way better than the lg tones. Only wish they had a slightly further range bc of my work needs.

Great quality, long lasting battery and easy controls. Would give it a five but every once in a while they go in and out. But its rare still worth the price.

Love the sound and how easy they are to use but the foam ear pieces are too big for me. I have to take them off in order to use them

My second pair from two years ago only because I snapped the neck piece. But they still work! Compare these to LG tones and seriously these are almost better. I only have to charge them twice a week. The sound is great and from a distance! I’ve never had anyone say they can’t hear me. Works great with my iPhone 8 Plus.

Saw on clearance, and got as a back up. Easy to connect, sounds fine, and can't beat the price under $20!!!

I'd been wanting Bluetooth headphones and tried a couple of real "cheapies." After they went in the garbage can because of pairing and charging trouble, I went with this Insignia model. Charged OK, and paired to my device quickly. I use this with my SanDisk mp3 player and ... using the smallest in-ear buds ... get high quality sound with pretty good bass. I have rather severe hearing loss so can't really judge the overall sound quality, but its good enough for me.

Good sound and easy pairing with my devices.i would prefer smaller ear plugs for greater comfort.
