Very Difficult to Turn On/Off.

The button to turn on/off is so very tiny. I have to take the earbud out of my ear to get control of the sharp edge to hold down the tiny button to try to turn it off. And that even takes a few tries. To recharge it, the cover for the charging port is a pain to move it around to plug it in.

Uncomfortable and muffled

Turning on/off the headphones and answering calls isn't as easy as other ear headphones I've used before Everyone I talk to tell me they can barely hear me or I sound muffled when I use these ear headphones. I feel like I wasted my money. I've gone back to using my wired ear headphones even though they aren't as convenient.
