Poor Quailty

The sound is very low and I can barely hear it when I'm diving in my truck. I have it set at the loudest setting listening to my music through my android phone. When I get a call, I barely hear it ring. When I answer they can hear me but, I only hear them faintly. It would have to be total silence to hear them. I felt like I got robbed, I couldn't return it for I had thew away the box it came in and the reciept. For the price an the name I thought it would be good ,"I WAS WRONG".....
