Extremely dissatisfied with this product.

After confirming that there were no external problems I attempted to readjust volume and connect the advice to multiple sources. After a month the right side started working but now both sides play with extremely low volume. I would not recommend this model and am in the process of returning it.

Of course they don't sound like Bose headphones, but are great for anyone looking for a cheaper set of headphones to use on the airplane or during a workout. Wireless works well with no connection issues.
