I’m technically challenged but quickly had these working. If it’s windy outside, a phone conversation is not easy to hear for either party but other than that I haven’t had any issues.

The first two weeks were no problem at all, but soon came the Bluetooth connection issues. First dropping connection at random times in the middle of my workouts, then it had difficulties connecting at all. It got to the point where I would connect the headphones to my Bluetooth well before I intended to use them because I knew it would take at least a couple of tries before it would finally connect. The controls (volume and power button) are located on the right side ear piece, which was awkward but paled in comparison to its unreliable nature. I’m just thankful I bought the warranty. There’s a reason these headphones are on sale often and why the price of the warranty has gone up. Buyer beware and make sure to purchase the warranty.
