Sometimes the connection doesn't automatically connect and you have to redo the pairing.

This product is nice and easy to use for those not to familiar with Bluetooth technology

I bought this few days back and its really worth buying it. I got it for a good price.

I always think that neck headphone were uncomfortable, however for the price I decided to buy this. Audio quality is excellent an different size ear bud fit very good. Blue Tooth connectivity is great and do not have to worry about cables hanging around.

They do a good job, I think they're worth the price.

Reception is lost easily between phone and headset if not close together. Can not use other device that is not close to headset or you will lose contact. Sound is good when listening device is close by. Phone calls received is clear.I recommend to use device on arm band or phone in pocket or carry bag on waist.

The sound quality is great for the price. The headphones do what they are made to do.

I loved that these headphones kept its charge for more than 10 hours, but I had to return them when they just quit working on one side. No clue why. The other side started getting hard to hear from the last 2 days I had them. Then Best Buy quit carrying them. Super bummed.

I like the "necklace" design. Now I've always got my earbuds handy for private listening to movies or music or for while I'm driving. I love the magnetic storage feature but would like to see the design improved that the headset doesn't shift or spin on my neck easily. Sometime I reach down and the whole unit is shifted 90 degrees which looks stupid and I wonder how long it's been like that.
