Good product for the cost. This is my first blue tooth so I don't have anything to compare it to. Wanted the ability to talk "hands-free", and this does the trick. You need to carry phone with you because the range is limited.

Great little Bluetooth earpiece easy to pair and fits well. Battery lasts at least an hour before needing to be recharged. Ranges approximately 10 to 15 feet. Easy to install.

So far it works good. This device connected with no issues to my iPhone. The design is sleek, and fits well in my ears. Comfortable for long time usage. The call quality seems to be okay. Crystal clear sound on both my end, and the other end. My wife (who I talk to the most with my Bluetooth) can't even tell I'm using the headset. The piece that wraps around my ear hurts a bit after a while but it’s probably because I have big ears lol. Overall this is a decent product.

I like that it has different size buds for my ear. They are comfortable and it is easy to wear. I had a little difficulty pairing it as I am not technologically savvy but my wife figured it out. Overall, a great buy.

It seems to work well. I don't like that it doesn't tell me how much time is left but it does have a long talk time life. Definitely, would pay this amount again versus previous earpieces with a much higher dollar amount.

Connects easy. Good battery life. The ear clip hurts my ears but it stays in well without it. Could be a little louder. Very satisfied. especially for the price.

The range was not as good as expected, I bought another one called New Bee online that worked better for less money. I returned this one.

I like the placement and functions of the buttons. Easy to operate and does the job adequately.

I was surprised at the sound quality and length of charge. I have used it continuously for hours at a time. It will last you the whole day.

i needed an ear piece for my phone and went to Best Buy. I found the Insignia. Cost was good and when I used it I found the quality in terms of sound and range were very good.

BOUGHT IT FOR THE 18 HOUR TALK TIME. BUT THE VOLUME DOESN'T HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME LOUD ENOUGH TO HEAR.

the item is comfortable and I can use it on all my devices and it lasts a long time. I would encourage anyone to buy. Great item for the price.

Comfortable, once you find the earpiece that works the best for you. Good, clear audio. Sometimes will randomly power off, though.

This a very good product. I reccomend this product. It has a good clear sound and the charge last all day.

My husband uses this for work and driving and he loves it. Says it's easy to use and has great sound.

The insignia Wireless I-Ear Headset has great sound quality and had no issues with people hearing me on the mic. That being said, every time I answered the phone, I had to manually switch the audio device to the Bluetooth headset for every phone call. That was unacceptable to me. So, unfortunately, this headset will now be a backup-only headset.

Battery initially lasted longs, but fades based on use. But worth the price

Sound is better than my Jabra , like the volume controls , don't like the power button , I prefer an on off switch not the hold until powers on or off. The unit doesn't seem secure in ear , I've tried all three rubber tips , and the hook is too bulky.
