Doing Zoom meetings and streaming, I find this headset very comfortable. I am extremely please with the battery life. Also, this headset is very comfortable in my ear. I have probably spent over a couple hundred bucks on headsets. Even paid $100 for one. This is the best purchase yet. I will buy a second one if needed. No complaints at all since purchasing. I 've had the set a month.

Never used a Bluetooth ear piece before. Frankly never wanted to. I hate talking on the phone. Since my stroke I have a hard time holding the phone to my ear. Being on hold with my plethora of doctors offices, and trying to take notes at the same time with one hand. This became a necessity. Read instructions they help.

Earbud fin has 3 sizes but neither fits my ear correctly. Loop affixing device is problematic if you have eyeglasses, can create instability of attachment and discomfort where it wraps around ear.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money to find out. The product worked very well. It was very easy to understand the directions and get using it. Only down-side was that my friend on the other end asked if it was windy where I was, I guess the microphone isn't that great.

It, by far, has better battery life than any Bluetooth I have used. However, I have been told by people on the other end that they cannot hear me clearly. I can hear them just fine. This is unfortunate.
