Have been buying my bluetooth from here for years. This one is perfect. The sound quality is so good I was sweeping the floor and the person on the other end heard me. That's clear. Best one I've ever had and the warranty is excellent.

This headset charged up quickly, and I was able to pair it with my iPhone SE 2020 immediately. The sound is clear - I use this headset for listening to music on my iPhone, as well as for phone calls. This headset is comfortable to wear.

Granddaughter says they are fine she wants and extra pair

This is a good bluetooth for the price. It is comfortable and fits well. I also purchased a Jabra bluetooth that was more expensive. The Insignia headset is more comfortable, but the sound quality, while good, is not as good as the Jabra headset.

The sound wasn't super great. It was just too bulky. The charge didn't last too long...usually 4-5 hours maybe a little longer sometimes.

I purchased the Bluetooth for my wife. This was the only Bluetooth of this style in the store. My wife has been very pleased with them. The battery life is not like it was on previous ones. I would purchase again.

Sound quality is good. But it doesn't stay in the ear

Needed new wireless headset for work and for use in the car, Best Rep did a great job telling me about different brands and options. Decided to with this set, works good and price was excellent.

The Bluetooth fit awkwardly in my ear and the ear hook did not fit comfortably either. However, the audio was good.

Is ok for a quick purchase. Does not fit correctly to be able to hear a conversation from someone. Seems to do in and out

I bought it mainly to use around home so I'm not holding a phone and trying to do things outside. Still getting used to it but is seems to be a pretty convenient item.

I REALLY don't like this headset. 1) It's difficult to know when it's turned on. 2) Because it has a press button to turn it on and off, it gets turned on whenever it gets squished, like when it's in my purse. A few times now when I've needed it, the headset wouldn't turn on because the battery had run out of power even though it was freshly charged when I put it in my purse. 3) It's VERY uncomfortable. My ear gets sore from wearing it. Ouch! 4) The ear hook is too soft (and yet uncomfortable), making it difficult to put on, which is not a good thing when traveling down a highway at 70 MPH. As for helping to break it down, I can't give points for quality and value to something I'm having so much difficulty using. The situation is so bad that I've been avoiding using it at all even when it does have a charge. Sorry, but for me, this headset is a major fail. I'm on the site right now looking for a new one to replace it that hopefully I'll like better.

I’m loving it, but not used to it lol, I also purchased a second one for my father Who benefits from it as he is a truck driver. It’s easy for him to manage.

For the price and for being a basic wireless headset. It serves that purpose. Easy to connect with android phones. Listen to music, answer calls. Comfortable earpiece.

Worked okay at first. Now it works okay about 75% of the time. For some reason it freezes - won't answer, won't disconnect, etc.

Great price. Like that it didn't show in my ear. But the person on the other end could hear everything in the background like they were standing next to me. So they struggled to hear me when there was a lot of background noise. i took it back within the 14 days. Ordered on line the one I really wanted but they didn't have in the store.
