I had to turn the volume up in order to hear, that also turned up the microphone volume, and caused a lot of noise to the person I was talking to.

My other one dies.. the Bluetooth by jabra and I had one by plantronics. Once paired. IT IS PAIRED. Do not like it . and,MOST LIKELY WILL rerun the item.

I've always had a plantronics headset, but when it died, was replaced with this. Couldn't ask for a better replacement, in a pinch.

I like the design and different size earplugs that came with the headset also this one is more durable.

I purchased Blue Tooth took it to T-Mobile with all the gadgets in the store, they were willing to assist. They also laughed when I told them what Best Buy stated. It was very obvious the attendant was not willing to go extra mile.
