for the price this is A GREAT keyboard. no complaints.

This was a purchase needed given my job switched to work from home during the Global Pandemic. When it originally arrived it was easy to set up (though extremely difficult to find the thumb drive as it was not where the instructions said it should have been), and easy to use. After about 3 weeks of use 5 days a week I started noticing certain keys wouldn't work (right arrow, the 0, and space bar). Finally ordered a replacement and returning this one. Giving it one more try since the mouse worked well and keyboard worked well when I first received it....Hoping it was just a fluke with the first keyboard.

I enjoy this combo set so much! But there can be a slight delay which is unnoticeable until you use the shift key. You press shift for one letter and let go, but the next couple of letters will be in CAPS. If not for that 5 stars. Note: Have not tested for gaming.

It's been less than a month and I've had to pop off the number 2 on the calculator pad 3 times because it stops working. Each time it works again, for a while. Easy set-up and reasonable price, but not great quality

Good keyboard and mouse for the price. I replaced a keyboard that was used at a kitchen desk. So far so good. The keyboard has a tendency to receive a lot of use and has been subjected to a lot of contaminates based on its placement in the kitchen.

This is a great wireless keyboard and mouse especially for the price. It’s not an overly complicated keyboard and has just the special function keys needed like volume and calculator. The mouse feels a little odd and cheap, but it’s not a big enough deal to return it. Besides,it works great!

I bought this set because a few of the built in keys in my keyboard stopped working - so far this set has worked well and I have no complaints. The keyboard and mouse connect quickly and work without an issue

Use our laptop as main computer (like a lot of people)& this extra keyboard helps ease typing because you can locate the keyboard where you need it for comfortability on your neck and arms. A much needed accessory!

First one had a couple of keys that had to be pressed really hard. Traded it in for a new one and it works fine. The return process was easy.

This product is sturdy and easy to get working quickly. Best Buy did great at having many of these available in Mid-March when people were in need of home office equipment.

replaced an old keyboard. it isn't the best quality but is work well and was a great deal compared the other options. it was plug and play i did not have any issues setting it up.

Replaced some keyboards at work that were work and noisy when typing. This is a thin keyboard that types smoothly and quiet. Wireless keyboard and mouse work perfectly. Will be buying another when my store restocks

Great purchase, easy to hook up to my computer. Batteries last a long time and both the keyboard and mouse respond extremely well. No more wires.

I've been using this for work for almost two years. Batteries let a nice long time and the keys and mouse are comfortable to use. Also durable since I drop the mouse off my desk frequently

Purchased the wireless keyboard and mouse for my wife to use on our laptop so she could feel more like a desktop. VERY easy to install, worked perfectly the first time I tried. Love this product.

I bought this for a home office that I work out of 1x per week. It’s smaller than most and fits well for limited spacing. Don’t love the feel of the letters when pressing and sometimes have to add extra pressure. But it’s ok

This set was purchased as a temporary travel set. I'm only giving it four stars due to potential security issues with wireless keyboards. Intended for laptop, so it's easy to type sensitive info via the laptop itself, and use the keyboard/mouse for gaming.
