UPS did the honor of delivering the package to me. They are usually careful about putting the package on my front door mat without slamming it down like FedEx Ground. And they keep it away from the rain too. Noticed the nice clear product box Insignia usually uses. Product box fits snugly in the cardboard shipping box. Maybe that’s why I didn’t see a dented corner on the outside box ? Took time to read the start up guide. Lots of built in control features on the left ear piece. Headset is very comfortable so no problem using it for long periods of time. A pleasant surprise is that there is no required app to adjust settings. This speeds up the learning curve for the device in my opinion. I have a long USB cord plugged into a Wi-Fi power strip that charged the device. Minor point but device uses a Micro USB port for charging. Not like the USB-C ports that are showing up on competitors. Some people prefer this. I know I do even tho I have USB wall.chargers for my two Pixel phones and Pixel Stand. Device charged up in less than 45 minutes so must have come with a partial charge. Product is foldable but doesn’t come with a soft shell, zippered case with D-ring. No issue as I can always get one cheap online. They start at $6.99 and provide a handy way of storing the included charging cable. But that’s not a big deal. SOUND Paired with Bluetooth settings on my Pixel 3XL phone the first time I tried. Noticed very good bass. Just for good measure I used the included 3.5 mm cord and used it on my phone with the adapter that came with said phone. No issues encountered. NOISE CANCELLATION Next step was to turn on my living room TV and set sound to 20. Then pressed ANC (auto noise cancellation) button on left ear piece. Played YouTube Music Epic Film Scores free radio station. I could hear the music clearly without background noise interference. Did have to turn up sound level on phone tho. THE VERDICT Everything works as intended so will keep product in my Chromebook carrying backpack for now. I definitely feel I lucked out big time with these earphones !

Terrific bargain for the quality of this headphone. I researched and took a chance as the price is quite low in comparison to other noise reduction headphones. I am completely happy as the sound and noise reduction qualities are both very good. If you are an audiophile you might want to spend hundreds but for my average tastes in sound and music, these really do fill the bill. I just returned from a European Vacation and used them on the plane. They work wirelessly or you can plug them in as I did on the airplane. Both music and movies came in clearly and the airplane noises were greatly diminished. A fine buy for a very fine price.

These have been great all around headphones for working from home/distance learning. The active noise canceling works decently for WebEx meetings while there are other household noises going on. Very comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time. Good battery life. So happy with initial purchase, that my family agreed we could use a second pair. Both were purchased on a Best Buy Deal of the Day which \made them even better values.

I work in a warehouse that's noisey so these Headphones allow me to listen to music With most other sounds blocked out. The battery charge lasts me 8 hours a day for 2 days before I have to recharge them. They're comfortable to wear with ratings on.

I was looking for a noise cancellation headphone after my Sony wireless headphone was broken. It definitely has beaten my expectations. In fact, I find it better that Sony wireless noise cancelling headphone. It is more comfortable and also filters most of the noise which will distract you. However, you can always press the monitor mode if you want to listen to the ambient sound. Overall, a cheaper and better noise cancellation headphone.

I have a pair of Bose wireless noise-canceling headphones and bought these because of the price. Although the Bose pair is about the best you can get, these are very good both comfort and sound-wise - at about 1/6 the price of the Bose pair. You really can't go wrong with these headphones!

I wanted these headphones because of inconsiderate noisy neighbors who slam their door really loud. I decided to buy these bluetooth noise canceling headphones so I could study and watch television in peace. These headphones hooked up easily to all my devices and they are easy to use. They stay connected very well and drown out all the "surround sound" made by the neighbors and I only hear an occasional distant thud. The charge lasts a long time and they charge quick. When I listen to music the sound quality is outstanding. The only thing I took one star off for, and maybe it's my fault, is that I tried to connect them to my television and even with a bluetooth adapter that I just brought it wouldn't work. I believe these are the best noise canceling headphones at this price point and over all I am very pleased with them.

Purchased these on sale at about 50% off, for that price they're a great deal. The sound quality can be a little bit muddy in the mid-range sometimes, but overall sound quality is good, I listen to jazz, rock, classical, and hard Rock mostly. The noise cancellation works well, certainly not as good as a high-end Bose or Sony, and the sound quality certainly falls a little bit short of those brands as well. But I use these when sitting in the stands for my kids sports events, with the noise cancellation activated, it drowns out most of the background crowd noise, and it's perfect for that. The touch controls, and button controls are all very responsive. And for 40 or 50 bucks, if I did lose them or somebody took them, I wouldn't feel that put out. So, for the average listener looking for noise canceling headphones, these are great! If you are an audiophile, spend the 200 bucks to get a good pair of noise canceling headphones, these will not satisfy your requirements.

Love these. Great fit, bit heavy, but still great. The touch controls can either be too sensitive or not sensitive at all, however. Easy to charge and the charge lasts long. Will warn you through audio when charge is low.

I bought these specifically because I need to make phone calls in a noisy office environment without being distracted by other people and noises. They work wonderfully to keep out the noise, but if I need to be able to hear what's going on around me while I have them on, they also have a "monitor" function that allows me to hear/monitor what is happening around me. People on the other end of my conversations state that I am coming in clear as a bell. I have listened to music at low volumes and have been very happy. I am still adjusting to the touch controls and haven't mastered them as of yet. I got these on a "Deal of the Day" sale and am VERY happy. I would recommend them even at full price.

I bought these to combat the noise on my commute home. The price is definitely within in reason for what you get compared to other products. The ear is completely enclosed which I feel aids in the noise cancellation. The controls are more than easy enough to operate as well properly placed for ease of access. In addition the battery life is great allowing for little to no worry if the power will last me the trip. A full charge average two hours a day for three days plus hours i was left with 60% battery life. Also the ability to still use the headphones with being connected to bluetooth is a huge plus. The only reason I didnt give it a five is because the audio cord does not have a mic to answer calls.

For reference I have never had an expensive pair of headphones. I’m not an audiophile so it’s not important to me. However I do want to mow my lawn or use some other loud outdoor tools without my head hurting from the machine. So I can wanted some noise cancelling headphones to listen to music and drown that out. I was hesitant because these are not one of the premium brands and I do believe that most often you get what you paid for. But the budget dictated that the other brands were not an option. So I went out on a limb and purchased these. First I cleared off the driveway with the jet blower. I was impressed because it sounded like a vacuum was running in the next room. I was relieved they worked well. Then I had my helix (upper ear lobe) pierced. This is important because it’s still very sensitive - I can’t sleep on it or wear my glasses for long. I was nervous about sliding my headphones on, not even sure I would be able to wear them. They didn’t bother me at all and it helped immensely mowing. I can hear the music and at the same time the mower sounds like my neighbors are mowing, not me. I’m pleasantly surprised. Hopefully they just last a while.

I rated this 3 stars as these headphones have two big pluses but one major minus for me. The minus: The sound quality just isn't very good. It has a muffled quality, as if there is a layer of cotton between the headphones and my ears. The bass comes through fine but the higher notes sound suffocated. These headphones are fine for listening to spoken sound, such as YouTube videos, conference calls, podcasts, etc. I'm not an audiophile, but I like to hear the full sound of music I listen to, including all the subtle effects and notes. I also like to appreciate the full lushness of orchestral pieces. These headphones dull the sound down so much I miss those subtleties. To be fair, this seems to be the case with a lot of noise cancelling headphones judging by what others say. The pluses are that they are very easy to use and are very, very comfortable. I have a medium-sized female head and I can wear these for hours without feeling any discomfort. They are also great at blocking out noise. Even without noise cancelling activated, they block out a lot of outside noise. Overall, they're a fine choice if you're not that picky about musical sound quality. I still use these for work activities, as they are so comfortable. But, when I want to appreciate music, I switch to a different pair of headphones.

My room is right Next-day to the laundry room, when those machines run it’s hard to hear myself think. With these headphones on, I’m inclined to put in the next load of laundry, I can’t hear anything other than the video or song playing, these headphones are great, plus they’re comfortable. One thing I do find slightly annoying is the touch recognition feature, it pretty cool in concept - being able to pause/play or adjust the timeline of a video/song by tapping or sliding your finger on the right surface area of the headphone - I keep forgetting that it exists and when I’m lying on the couch with my head resting on my arm. Part of my arm comes in contact with the headphone and messes with whatever media I have playing. A minor inconvenience, but I won’t dock points for that. Battery life is great, haven’t had to charge them since date of purchase (5 days ago).

I previously owned the old model of these headphones and was satisfied, but I definitely appreciate the addition of noise cancellation in this model. Also, the fit is more padded and comfortable. My only issue is the sensitivity of the touch pad. I work in a wood shop and wear my headphones all day as ear protection. Sometimes I can't activate the touchpad because of a bit of dust or paint on my fingertips. Additionally, when I wear my headphones at home, I'll be watering plants or folding laundry and the slightest touch of an inanimate object with activate the touch pad. Overall, content with the product, just not quite used to the touch sensitivity.

I've had these for about 2 months so far and am loving them! Never had noise-cancelling headphones before, nor any that have touch controls. I can't speak to the quality of the audio, they sound just fine to me, but I only use them to watch TV at night when the kids go to bed and my wife is doing school work. I have used them almost every night for the past two months though and have found them to be very comfortable, have a good battery life (around 15-20 hours) and I enjoy the noise-canceling feature.
