Easy to use and pair, but can be only used with one phone at a time though it can be pair with multiple phones at the same time. Holds a lengthy charge and has great sound. It has an extendable and retractable earbuds and is a great buy.

Hi,
We appreciate the time you took to review our Headphones. Most of the bluetooth headphones on the market these days are capable of pairing with only one device at the time. Apart from this, I am glad to read these are suiting your needs.

Sounds is clear and loud good, mic very good. wish it had battery alert notification better like to will go off within few minutes or so. Goes upto 10-12hours of continuous play.Quite descent for the discounted price offered during Thanksgiving.
Flexible band helps in not breaking it, others with rigid bands tend to break quite often.

I purchased these on a whim due to a great sale price while looking to try out noise cancelling earbuds. They actually perform very well. Battery life seems ok, but it uses a micro USB to charge. Not horrible, but most are moving to USB C, including my cheaper non noise cancelling Sony buds. Earbuds retract at the push of a button, Bluetooth version is newer than some out there for better range and quality. Noise cancelling works, but not up to par with heavy hitters like Bose and Sony, but you can't expect to compare something that's usually under sixty to products over two hundred. My ONLY issue with the noise cancelling is the button to activate it. It is a small slider on the neck body. Not bad in itself, but if it activates with the headphones powered off, it still turns on the NC! My Sony over ear headphones require you to power them on to use NC. I have now 3 times found them in my backpack dead because the little switch flipped on. Completely my fault, but annoying. Sound quality isn't bad at all either.

Bought these on sale. Love them. Needed something that would stay out of the way when I work. They're light weight and comfortable. I don't like earbuds, but with the 3 different sizes I actually found something that wouldn't fall out or start to hurt. Another feature of the retractable buds, is that you can put one in and still hear around you (there's also a mute button) Great sound, although for some, you may not think there's enough bass, but the clarity is very good.

I bought these almost 2 years ago and they are great. The battery length is 4-6 hours nonstop, if u use the noise cancellation it will reduce it by an hour. I used them for work and the Noise Cancellation is really cool to have when working in loud places, you can keep you're music volume low. They are bulky compared to IN-Ear blue tooth buds. I do like that they have the option to hook up with a usb cable to 3.5mm, in case the battery dies.

These headphones are amazing. The retractable earbuds work perfectly the sound quality is excellent. don't get me wrong there's some better headphones out there but for the price point and up against some competitors in the same style their are no underdog. I recommend these as a good affordable option verse other options and similar styles.

I picked up a pair of these on sale for $50 last weekend to replace my dying LG neckband headset. The high end is a bit flat for my taste but I've quickly gotten used to them. Overall, the lows, mids and highs are fairly even across compared to my old LG set, which was tuned with an understated mid range. The soundstage of this set is surprisingly broad for in-ear headphones - it's much wider than my old LGs.
One comment about fit: There are three different sizes of silicone earpieces. Make sure you get a good fit. When I switched to the largest size I got a dramatically better sound quality and noise reduction.
With some of my devices, the headphone volume works independently of the device, like my LG v40 phone. With other devices, like my Samsung Tab A tablet, I am able to control the device volume from the headset. A minor issue but one to be aware of.
These are a bit bulky and plasticky, but they are comfortable and really not any heavier than the LG set I had. The retractable headphone wires are considerably thicker and sturdier than my old LGs so I don't feel like I'm going to snap them off.
One big plus with these - they have active noise canceling and it works pretty well. It's not on par with more expensive, over-ear headsets that I've tried, but it's sufficient to cancel out most of the low-frequency noise from HVAC units and dishwashers. That, combined with the in-ear design, does a really good job of blocking out noise. Finding active noise canceling in any headphones under $100 - let alone in-ear headphones - was a big surprise. Just make sure you turn off the NC switch when you're done because it's separate from the power button so I assume it will to continue to drain the battery.
Another nice little bennie with these is the included USB to 1/8" stereo cable. If the headset is out of juice, you can plug them in with the wire and still use them. I like this also because then I can use the really good DAC in my LG v40 and get better sound than what's available over bluetooth. Again, another feature you don't normally get under $100.
So overall, these were a great buy, especially for the money. I have a set of audiophile, over-the-ear headphones I use when I'm doing serious music listening, but these are perfect for portable use at the office, gym, or hooked up to my TV.

I really wanted them so I did not disturb anyone late at night while I watch my recorded shows. They work wonderful for that purpose. I would have given it 5 stars but even though the charging cord is long enough the system won't let you charge while in use. Small minus. For the price you cannot beat it.

I absolutely love these head phones. I have purchased major brands that usually stop working within months but not these. I have never had an issue with them. The ear buds stay in my ear just fine and sound comes in crisp and clear and I love the fact that the ear buds are retractable!! . My only slight con is I wish they were a tad slimmer but its not a deal breaker because the quality is A 1

The sound quality is acceptable (bass is actually fairly surprising).
Fit in ears is very good.
The noise cancellation is good.
The buttons are a little iffy.
Only connects to one device at a time.
Overall feel is comfortable, but seems a little flimsy.
Isn't terrible. Isn't great. Not bad enough to warrant a trip back to return it, though.

This pair of headsets are my favorite. They are great set for the price. very sturdy and noise wise really good. I had a pair of LG that I paid $100 but broke at the neck part. when I was looking for a new pair I wanted something similar but way cheaper.

I had the LG version before but it broke. I went to go get another one but version was no longer available. I didn't want to pay over $100. This one had the retractable ear pieces and the right price(about 60). So for everything is going well. Sound is great, connects to devices easily, and it's flexible (i had one that I broke because it wasn't flexible.

Great sound. A little bulkier than I am used to but they are still really comfortable. I like the retractable feature. The ONLY thing that would make these even better would be an ON/OFF switch. It just has a button you have to hold down and honestly I can't really tell if I've turned them off most of the time.

I was worried it would be too bulky after my LG Tones Active headset finally gave up on me but the Insignia headset was not much larger. The headset isn't tight on my neck (female of average healthy size) but also doesn't feel like it will fall off either. It is very flexible so I think it would fit a wide range of individuals.
I like the placement of the buttons and switches and prefer buttons over touch for headsets. As with anything new, it took a little while for me to learn the buttons and switches but once I did it is easy to use.
The noise cancelling feature is great and easily drowns out nearly anything once needed it to from tractors to the crowd at a very heated basketball game!
The sound quality is great in my opinion. I tried a few inexpensive headsets with low sound quality (either in the earbuds or from the microphone). I can members report that they can hear me perfectly when talking in the phone.
Potential improvements: The lack of these features do not impact me enough to rate it lower, however these are features that I have liked from other headset that are missing in this one. For the price and other features, the Insignia is a 5 start headset in my opinion.
* Google Assistant button
* I would be willing to pay more for a waterproof/sweat proof/active version
* Neckband speaker option. This applies more to my husband who frequently used this feature on his old headset to listen to podcasts without earbuds when working around the yard or farm.
