Works wonderful when connected.

I'm not aware of it and have to do the process all over. Also the instructions are so small. The device is a little different in how it connects and turns on. Instructions should be larger. Love it!!

They are especially handy when I work in the garden. I can listen to music and not miss any important calls. Wonderful sound. Only one problem-the wire attached to the earplugs does not retract all the way back to the headphone. I'm not pleased with this defect.
