Headset is good. They don't take long to charge and the battery life is excellent

Good headset, lasted for over 2 years and I work near water.

I bought these headphones for my mom and she absolutely loves them. This is her second paid (she lost the first pair) but she uses these all the time. When I'm on the phone with her and shes using these, you can hear her clearly and she tells me that when she listens to music its very clear as well.

Comfortable, easy to use, good sound. I would recommend.

These things are ridiculously huge. they fall off constantly they twist and turn sideways. Today they fell off of my neck while I was 35 feet up in the air in a lift. The audacity of the size of these is incomprehensible. There's absolutely no need for them to be this huge flimsy and floppy. It can't be a huge battery in it oh, the battery is good but it doesn't excuse the size of these things. It can't be storing the technology, because I don't know what noise cancelling they think is but it doesn't cancel any noise out better earbuds would cancel out noise. These things are the equivalent of wearing a 1980s cell phone around your neck. It's now because of their terrible design I get to lose the money for the protection plan what I've only had these for about 14 days. The design is why they broke

This are perfect they are retractable and fit perfect around the neck. They sound great. They don’t seem to slide off your neck with out you feeling it. I have been looking for a set but Best Buy doesn’t seem to have them in stock anymore. Please let me know how I can acquire a pair.

They were excellent for a while, having them retract was perfect for the time, but they did wear and the thin cord in the right ear had been ruined one day after retracting, and the Bluetooth was sometimes really bad and only took shrugging to disconnect, the USB port can be a bit of a pain to use, overall it was good for the time I was using it for work but it barely lasted a year.

Great for truck drivers or loud working areas because you don't have to yell but they don't last long i had to replace them 3 times (I suggest to get the warranty). Not to many devices that doesn't pick up all the background noise so I love them but they seem cheap....didn't have to yell when on the phone though lol

These Bluetooth Headphones work great. I use them daily on phone calls and wirelessly connected to my PC where I spend lots of time presenting webinars. I replaced my lost $250.00 Sony Wireless Noise Cancelling in ear Headphones with these and they are working just as good.
