Great inexpensive headset, but it stopped working

They worked great for 36 days. Now they will not turn on. I can't return them because they stopped working after the return period. However, when I contacted best buy they told me to make an appointment with geek squad so that they could assist me with getting them fixed through the manufacturer's warranty. The headset is very light & its plastic. This set does not have a lot of frills. It is a very basic headset. However, the noise cancelation feature works well and the sound quality is decent. I really liked the headset and was very disappointed that it stopped working a month after purchasing. If it was still working, I would recommended this bluetooth headset,but at this time I cannot.
