Great sound. Battery life is good. Lightweight, almost forget they are there.

So far I can not tell the charge of the battery. The battery does not seem to last as long as my previous LG headsets. When you are working on your back they tend to fall off. The cable retraction is excellent. The major point, however is the mic works good and you can hear well. My first couple sets of LG headsets, the mic and hearing was also excellent, however the last 3 sets people could not hear well so I could not use them. This one is working good.

Love these headphones. Gives great sound, full bass, noise cancellation option and monitor option. I have purchased this model more than once because they burnout after like a year or so. The longest a pair has lasted was 1 Year & Six Months. With the Geek Squad insurance, Best Buy made the switch extremely easy and simple!

Fits perfectly around the neck, also the noise cancelation works great. Sound could be a little better but for the price it works.

I purchased these headphones so I could focus on my schoolwork while my wife is watching TV and they worked surprisingly well. I've also used them while out running and they are very lightweight and I often forget I am wearing them. You don't even notice them on your neck after a few minutes.

I purchased these after my OG finally died on me. The sound is ok and clear. They’re not to heavy. Due to the battery life. I have to limit my use on them when out for a long time but they make it through a normal work day with time spent on charger on my breaks . If your looking to spend less and not expecting high quality product, these will due the job for you until you can pick up what you really want. These are a good backup set.

The price is very affordable and the function and sound is above average. It was my first Bluetooth headset so I went on the cheap side. It works well with my Google pixel. My reason for the 3 stars is because the Bluetooth doesn't work well. Connection is up and down. While walking, I have to carry the phone. I can't place it in my pocket and jog, it is to distorted.

Nice headphones for the money. Great sound, louder than any others I've tried. Little bulky but nice.

Connection with iPhone is difficult and requires a lot of time and tries. Once connected it works great!

replaced skull candy with these, lots better. a bit wide and heavy , and sticky when you sweat. but overall they are fine, sound good and do good with music and calls. just remember to clean the retractable wires from time to time or they will not retract all the way or get slow doing so. wish they were slimmer but would buy again.

These sound great and a full battery charge lasts about 8 - 10 hours of constant use.

Good Bluetooth connection simultaneously to both personal and work phone. The only negative is need a more reliable connection between the retractable wires to earbuds. DON'T pull on earbuds fully to extend. Pull them away just enough to grasp the actual connected wire. I pulled on the earbuds to get the length I wanted and eventually one of the earbuds disconnected. Oh well, learned a lesson and purchases another headset. Tried another name brand quite a bit more expensive which starts with the name "skull". It was extremely unreliable and connection was sketchy at best - returned the same day to get the Insignia again which never let me down except for earbud connection.

Theses were great sorry to say were and now I can’t find them at Best Buy anymore. I’m bad with wires and I kept pulling on the wires, so I shorted one ear. The one good ear still plays and loud. This is where I wish I used the geek squad. I would’ve definitely loved to had both ears working however one ear and all I’m keeping them as a back up until I find th again

Fits in my ear nice feature to connect 2 devices works great. Sound quality is good. I haven’t tested the headset with booming sound music, because I don’t listen to that kind of music. I mainly use it for work on road a lot. Love the retractable ear buds. Love them so far.

These are tough and sturdy. I have had mines for 2 years now with daily consistent use. They are a bit bulky but one thing compensates the other. I tried LG Tone (it died at 1 year) and other more expensive brands but these were the winners.

Quality sound and noise reduction. Sturdy and dependable.

I bought this because I needed to do hands free calling in a fairly noisy environment. Sound quality is good for the price. The microphone is well positioned and others on the call had no problem hearing me. Frankly, they worked better than I expected. The only cons are the bulkiness of the ear buds and the silicone covers are more difficult to remove and replace than other earbuds I have owned.

Connected easily to my Samsung Galaxy S9. Sound is good and has a decent battery life.

The noise cancellation really makes a difference. It's a little bulky, but very light.

When it comes to blue tooth items I've learned never to go cheap. However I don't always have a tonnof cash to throw at stuff. These were a good price and are very serviceable. Nice sound and an 10 hour battery life isn't a bad thing. Just remember to charge the at night!
