I FYOU USE THE DEVICE FOR A LONG TIME THE EAR BECOME IRRITATED AND SORE. THE NOISE CANCELLATION IS MODEST BUT ACCEPTABLE FOR SOME APPLICATIONS. NOT BAD FOR THE REDUCED PRICE.

The retractable ear pieces are great and save snagging when your not listening to them. Audio has been clear and phone works great for short distance apart.

Easy to pair, never have any complaints from callers being able to hear me. Volume is good. If there was anything negative it would probably be that its a little heavy around the neck.

The only issue is that one earbud stopped working about 2 months after purchase. To be fair these get very heavy use. We purchased the insurance so they were replace without a hassle.

It can be used for more than just talking on the phone. You can listen to music on it too. I love that it has noise reduction on it. I think I made a good purchase.
