Also the phone cannot be in my pocket or my purse while talking with them on as well. The phone has to pretty much be in hand while on the phone to the point you are better off with the phone up to your ear.

The sound quality is terrible and no matter where I am in the metro area, the connection is BAD! I'm going to return these and continue to hunt for good, quality headphones!
