People could not hear me randomly during phone calls. Thought it was service to my phone, after the 5th complaint, i disconnected the bluetooth and had no issues with my phone. Not a service problem.

The noise cancellation was subpar, but I guess for the price it was ok. The different sized ear pieces were included. I would get something better next time.
