    These are not as good as the others ones I had but unfortunately BB was sold out. The retraction on these is poor and the sound is not that great. All of the background noise can be heard. It feels a bit heavier then my old one also.

    Received this with 2 spanish manuals, NO earpieces; size LARGE on headset with crud on them; swapped out for smaller ones from another headset I had, just to use them. SOLD AS NEW - NOT!

      I understand this situation was not ideal for you. Best Buy stores do sell some items as "Open Box", however, is must be made clear to the customer. My best advice is to bring this to the store's attention, if your receipt states that the product was brand new, so they can review it and give you the option if this could be exchanged or returned.

    I love the fact that it is retractable. However, I hate it that it doesn't make you aware when the battery is low and it just shuts off. I'm thinking of exchanging them. Ugh!!!

    Great price for retractable blue tooth headphones. Unfortunately, sound quality is not as good as the LG version. Returned & replaced with the LG model. LG cost more, but worth it.

    These headphones took several attempts to connect via Bluetooth, then disconnected several times during a two hour walk. Sound quality wasn’t bad, but I’d recommend trying a different brand of headphone.

    Won’t stay connected. Shut off after each call when it did connect. Had my old set 5 years. I bought a new set design changed and it went downhill

    These are a passable pair of headphones. I had frequent problems with them refusing to automatically connect with my phone, and had to do it manually. The sound is ok.

    From what I've had this for I wish it had longer talk time. Normally I'm in a truck for at least 12 - 14 hrs and these headphones needs to be recharged. So I would not reccomend them.

    it will not stay on, it will shut off during a call. It gives no warning when it shuts off. I would not recommend this product.

    Ear buds are too big to fit in ear. I got a rash after using them for 3 days. Also when taking calls other person told that my voice is very low
