Sound quality is good. This is the 1st phone mic that I have where people don't complain about the sound quality or that I sound muffled, mumbled, garbled, or under water. And my last few BT were LG headsets. The earphone wire is much sturdier. The reason I had to replace my last 2 LGs is because the flimsy retractable wires would get caught on something then break. I am so pleased and paid only a third of the price. The only thing it may not have or I haven't figured out yet is if I can answer my phone from the buttons on the headset. Otherwise, they are GREAT!

This is the first headphone that has lasted my husband's harsh use. He usually destroy them within one to two months. These are still working 8 months later.

- Model is way too bulky - Earbuds are fat and awkward for no reason - Previous models could answer the phone, stop and play music, with a press of a button; these cannot - The sound is good, but not worth the missing features.

I bought these for my husband and he is happy with them. He would like bluetooth headphones where you can control the base and treble, but for the price they work great. Super easy to set up.

I have a couple different headsets. This particular one I use on my iPad to watch movies with and the sound quality is great and the charge lasts quite a long time

Bought these to filter out noise from a Dyno, than took them to the loudest drag race on the planet and WOW they worked perfect and flawlessly. The Bluetooth syncs 1st time and worked great as well.

I have had these for a few weeks now and very pleased. I rated 5 stars based on what I paid and how they work. There are other brands that will sound better, but for $30 I would buy these over them again. If I want the best sound I will use my QC35. But for a simple set with noise cancellation that though not Bose level does help improve the quality, these are a deal.

These headphones are excellent for making phone calls. The button is easily accessible to answer and hang up. They also have great sound quality. The retractable earbuds are an awesome feature too.

I like the easy set up, sound quality, and the comfort. Sometimes I forget I have them on because they are so light in weight. I love these wireless headphones.

Starters is noise cancelling which is great for listening to music but not for the conversation on the phone to me noise cancelling was over the phone not listening to music side so I am not 100% happy with that part of the headset but it works nicely for listening to people and music

If you haven't use head phones before its hard to get use to in which button is volume and talk button for your phone. ear buds are hard to get used to and don't fit the best in ear especially used too.

Nice headphones. Audio is clear and noise cancelling is a plus. My only wish is to be able to check battery level. Maybe there is a way but I haven’t checked. It’s died on me a few times during calls. Bought on sale so price was great.

This item actually performs better than expected! It has good clear sound, plenty of volume when needed, and when talking on the phone the person on the other end can hear me clearly. When listening to music the fidelity stereo separation is very good.

I love best buy I about many of electronics and have been satisfied with every purchase as far as the heads said Bluetooth they are loud clear and they work really well

Headphones are easy to setup and have a great sound, but the range isn't the greatest. Sometimes the connection is interrupted when my phone is in my pocket and I kneel down or just go around a corner without my phone.

Needed a replacement gift for a worn out LG pair! Saw these in Best Buy. You don’t have to worry about where they are because they’re around your neck! Pretty good at noise canceling. There’s no warning when the battery is low so they have to stay charged!

Love the retractable earpiece. No problem connecting to my phone at anytime. This is my second one. My girlfriend decided to keep my original pair. Quality sound when listening to music and no more walking around with the phone to my ear.

My wife use it for everything, from listening to music to answering calls and making calls. Very easy to use. Battery last long and light weight.

It’s a nice Bluetooth, I work construction it’s durable and strong. I work around dust and water all day, Only thing I wish it did. Was vibrate or something when turning it on and off, so I don’t have to have the ear piece in to hear it say on and off

Bought this as yet another replacement for my Wife's long line of LG Headphones since they are now hard to find. Everything seemed ok, real light, flexible & comfortable. Then they started dying rather quickly. She's only able to get thru half a day on a full charge. Which is not useful for her driving & working. 1 confusing design flaw is the power button being a push style on the right side while there's a separate independent button for the Mic on the left side that is a slide switch. We will be returning these. They're not useful.
