    Quit working after one one month after bought the protection plan after one month of trying to get thru on the phone I finally had time to take to the store now can't get replacement had to buy different headset and another protection plan not very happy

    Ear pieces are to big

    I loved my first pair of Insignia headphones. They were awesome!! This pair not so much, he ear piece is way to big for my ears, and they are oval shaped instead of round. They are also not as clear as my first set. Very crackly. Very dissapointed in them.

    Cut on and off, all night charging only 6-8 hours of service.

    First set started vibrating until the battery went dead and that was it, never came back up or was able to charge them. Second set I got replaced at the store, just after a few months of light use don’t want to charge up anymore. Will not be buying these again.

    Returned within a week. When they worked they were ok, but they refused to pair with my phone on the second day I tried to use them. Don’t waste your money, spend a little nore and get something that will last!

    Battery Dies at 50 percent

    The battery keeps dying at 50%. I charged them when first purchased them wore them for a couple hours off and on they died. I turn plug the up for a few seconds check the charge 53%, when it gets back to 50% they die. I have had the for 3 weeks now.

    The Bluetooth headphones are to short and kept sliding around my neck so they finally slide off my neck for the hundredth time and I lost them before I can take them back to store. Didn’t have for 10 days

    This product just quit working after having it for a month. Do not waste your time because I do not have the time to take it back or to get it repaired, plus I threw the box away. Not worth it.

    Stops working immediately after return by date

    It was great at first. After 60 days, intermittently shuts off. Doesn’t matter if it’s 100% charged when you start. It does great for about 15-25 minutes and then done. It’s not the battery.

    I will be returning this to the store as soon as I can. Worked really well for one week and then stopped. Won’t charge or turn on. I really liked this product but it has to work longer than a week.

    It has noise interference.. I have the Samsung watch nd using this nd tha watch was the worst noises on a call .. i stay with Samsung earbuds nd watch ..no problems at all
