    This product seemed to be very cheaply made. Did not cancel out side noise as it indicated. When using the built in microphone callers could hear an echo and my voice sounded fair away.

    I purchased this headset listen to music during workouts and the limited amount of phone calls I get. The sound quality is horrible. I will return the headset at first availability.

    Purchase 1 of these and the battery failed didn't hold the charge returned for a replacement and after a year quit working wouldn't buy again

    They don't hold a good charge and could still hear noise when I was on a call. I work on a forklift and no matter who called me the noise would be too loud.

    I really wanted to like these earphones but I could not get them to stay in my ears. I liked them because they were retractable. But had to take them back.

    While talking on headphones I couldn't understand the person on other end and they couldn't understand me this happened after only two weeks not too comfortable

    Within 3 weeks my right side bud has no sound and the headphones turn off when they want to! And I can't return them.... I'm mad.

    Not what I expected....ear buds hurt my ears even after I put the smallest ones. They sound hollow.... just very disappointed.

    Quality wasn't good. Noise Cancelling wasn't good either. The right side of the ear piece went out rather quickly. I returned it to the store.

    Very clunky, noise cancellation haha!, and sound quality is not that well either. They lasted 2 months before they lost it’s ghost.

    Surprising value for this headset, with a few similar products to choose from. comfortable to use and wear, easy to setup, qualiity sound. I use with my HTC 11 Android with no difficulty at all. Would like to have a button to answer / hang up calls that would give it 5 stars, but no issues otherwise so far. Battery lasts a very long time. I like this product.

    It worked wonderful for a week. Actually less than that. A lot of my callers were not able to hear me after the 5th day.
