    I am returning this headset after owning it for just one day. I purchased this product for the noise cancelling feature so I could use it at work. Unfortunately, there is no play/pause button to remotely control the apps on my phone. I called and confirmed with a representative of Insignia who said this headset was designed for making phone calls. The play/pause is important as I am not actively using my phone while working. Lesson learned is to read the box carefully. For my limited use, the headset was comfortable as a neckband style and the flexible sections are nice when laying down. The controls are in a convenient location and there is a separate noise cancelling power button that activates a monitor/mute button. I did not have much opportunity to test the Noise cancelling feature.

    I really enjoyed using these headphones during my overseas flights, as they were light, had good quality audio, and had active noise cancelling. The only thing I did not like was that you would have to push the earpieces quite a bit into your ears to effectively cancel jet noise. Other than this, they're a great pair of low priced earphones!

    Good sound and noise cancelling. Not very durable Pulling earbuds out frequently caused the connections to go bad. Returned first set after about months. The second last about 2 years. Uncomfortable acter a couple of hours, especially in high temperatures and humidity.

    The headphones have decent sound, and fits in the ear well. My only problem with them, is that they randomly shut off (even when charged and within range of phone). If they didn't do this I would have given it five stars.

    I really like these when they work. But I'm no on my sixth or seventh replacement set. I've had it for 3 weeks, and it's going on or off, spewing static when it's off, and I'm going to have to replace it again. The only good news about it is that since it is a Best Buy brand product, they honor the warranty for a year That keeps me loyal to Best Buy, but I've been trying to find a set that will stay working for longer than 3 weeks. I keep getting them because they could be my favorite ever if they would actually keep working for a few months.

    No noise cancellation

    I got his expecting a mid-priced noise cancelling headphone. Sorry, that's not what it is. There is no noise cancellation. There's a switch to turn NC on and off, and it makes no difference at all, with any kind of sound, even the kinds of background droning that NC is supposed to be good at. On or off, there's no difference. Get a cheaper headphone that doesn't claim NC, or one where the NC actually functions.

    I will never buy these headphones again. I bought one pair and they lasted me a little less than a year. Thank God I had a warranty because I returned it and got the same ones not even two months ago. After not even two months they stopped working once again! The ONLY reason I got this brand is because you guys stopped selling the LG's which were my favorite. I am sooo disappointed. I am an avid runner so I need these to last me at least a year if anything. I will be returning these immediately once again.

    Biggest waste of money ever. The range on these things is so bad, that I could have my phone to which I was listening to music on, on top of my desk right in front of me, turn around in my desk chair and the bluetooth would go in and out.....not 2 feet away from my phone.

    This is just nowhere near as good as LG neckbands, Anker Soundlife, or even 20$ Soundpeats neckbend. It might pass as 10$ item from Marshals or similar, but 80$ original price is just a joke.
