After 7 days the noise was constantly there. Swapped out for the same item, but within 4 days, the same problem came back. Returned these and purchased something else. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.

The very 2nd time I charged it, the light stayed on- fuchsia pink, would not play or power off. I called Insignia, couldn’t reset or troubleshoot either & said to return to Best Buy. Not sure if 1 bad apple or just bad all around

I ordered a NEW, item though BB does offer refurbished headsets. If this is their example of refurbished, I would report them to the Board of Health. UTTERLY DISGUSTING.
