I'm assuming that the headset should go behind the head since it doesn't fit on top of the head or under the chin. So now I have to deal with trying to put it on under my hair since it slides if I put it over (besides ruining my hair.). And getting my hair out of the way so it doesn't block the sound. This is REALLY annoying. At the very least, it should be slightly adjustable since I read other reviews that it was too big. Also, there should be a warning that it needs a USB AC adapter. You know, for adults who still remember being able to purchase electronics with actual AC plugs. I do like the fact that it includes replacement earpads. Otherwise, I would have given it one star.

I used this for running and cycling. It never let me down. I hardly had to charge it to use it.

How in the world do you "upgrade" a headphone product and *not* include a way to access a voice assistant (like you can with every other modern headset on the market)? Double-press the play button to redial a call? Really? I could do that with a voice assistant thank you very much. I purchased these to replace a previous model, just so I could get that feature, and am *very* disappointed. Other than than that, these are decent sounding for the price, but they are tighter than the older model that I purchased years ago. I can't recommend these without a way to access a voice assistant.

Be aware this does not have the quality of the previous version of this headset, which had the Modal brand. It sounds OK when listening to music. However,this version has a tinny sound, when using it to make and receive phone calls, versus the rich sound of the Modal. This version no longer allows voice command activation, a function I used regularly. Pressing the center of the button on the earpiece of the Modal version allowed me to wake my phone, and vocally command it to make calls, start my music program, etc. That function is gone, and I miss it.

Best ever it has been more than 3 years since I brought these headphones and they’re still kicking unlike the expensive AirPods from iPhone. Tried to buy more don’t have them anymore

I've been using this style of headphones for almost the past 9 years. They would last about 2 years of heavy gym use and I'd buy them again. First, they were by Rocketfish, then they were by another company Modula or something, now they're Insignia. They've always lasted a couple years and put up with sweat and abuse. This iteration didn't make it 2 weeks before the buttons crapped out. Returned them, got another pair and got the same result. Upon returning them and not wanting to try again (see definition of insanity) I was offered store credit. Once they've got your money, they're not letting it go, despite assurances and low quality of what is now their house brand. It's a shame, I really liked these style headphones till Bestbuy got ahold of them.

These headphones are perfect for working out. The rubber doesn't absorb the moisture.

I have had these headphones for about one month. During that time, they have worked well. The fit prevents them from bouncing around and falling off when I am running or jumping. They come with foam and rubber speaker covers, the rubber is great for sweaty people like me. This device lasted 3 full charges, with the battery life lasting between 4 and 6 hours. Currently, it no longer holds a charge regardless of the cable or charger used. When it was holding a charge, the range was less than advertised; only working without interruption less than 5 meters from the source and even then at times the sound would interrupt. I do not recommend this product.

I purchased these for running and the first pair worked great for about 5 months. One day I went to charge them and the red light would come on for a second and then disappear. They wouldn't charge or turn on, just dead other than the red light that would come on for a second when plugged in. I decided to get a new pair of running headphones but nothing looked like the style I wanted at BestBuy except another pair of these. Foolishly I purchased another pair, convinced the first pair died because I didn't use the sweat protection pads. This time around I had the cloth piece inside of the sweat protection pads, hoping that would keep the 2nd pair alive. Nope, less than one month of using these and they are also dead, doing the same thing the first pair did. I'm super bummed out and unfortunately threw away the receipt and box so I can't try and utilize the warranty. So much for relying on Insignia or BestBuy for running headphones, guess it's time to give my money elsewhere.

I am disappointed because I purchased the Rocketfish Mobile - RF-MAB2 High-Definition Stereo headphones over 6 years ago... and they were awesome! Best Buy has replaced them with THESE NEW ONES and they are not nearly as good. Phone calls using the old ones sounded great on both ends (people could hear me and I could hear them extremely well). THESE NEW ONES sound as though we are both speaking through a tube. The old ones had an option with 4 high-definition audio settings for customizable listening. THESE NEW ONES don't have that option. The overall sound quality with THESE NEW ONES aren't as good as the old ones. My question to Bust Buy is: If you are going to replace an already existing and well established high quality product, why replace it with something that isn't as good? I have raved about how much I love my (old) headphones. Now... I cannot recommend this product to a friend.

These headphones are only large enough to fit a cat's head, and are not adjustable. I would love to know how the other people wear these. I have a proportionally-sized head for a 5'3" female, and the speakers only reach down to my temples. Since I couldn't get them anywhere near my ears, I can't comment on the sound.

After "trying" to talk to people I realize it wasn't there phone it was my headphones. The people at the other end have trouble hearing me.

Love the sleek design. It is not at all bulky and the sound quality is amazing for the price.

Can't believe these are so small, not like I have a huge head. I thought at first I bought headphones for kids. These are not adjustable, I can't believe others aren't having this same issue with these. These do not fit, not even close to reaching my ears.

I like and use these headphones quite a bit, but needed to replace the earpads. Afer looking online, I called Insignia and was told they don't have earpads to send for this model. Would have happily paid for new earpads, but wouldn't recommend if a unique and critical part cannot be replaced.

I bought this cheap, but can't use it because it doesn't adjust to the size of your head. If you have a small head it will work great, but anyone with an adult head will have a problem. It is one size fits some. Disappointed.

I hoped for more bass response since the ear pieces are much larger than ear buds. Not so much. The plastic piece that fits behind your ears is a bit thick so it pushes on your skull a bit much for me, too. For the price, I'd say they're ok.
